  • The apartment is part of a recently built villa, located in the quietest residential area of Cala Gonone, 1,000 meters from Palmasera Beach and 700 meters from “Poltrona,” one of the oldest and most famous climbing routes in Cala Gonone. The villa is nestled in the greenery and tranquility of a centuries-old holm oak forest, with sweeping views of the sea and mountains, and is surrounded by courtyards featuring meticulously tended flower beds bursting with colorful seasonal blooms.

Es hat uns spitzen mässig gut gefallen und wir konnten Giorgio und Juana alles fragen und bekamen Hilfe und Antworten wie wir sie brauchten, sehr unkommpliziert! Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und ist wirklich ruhig gelegen. Aber das Zentrum und das Meer ist etwas weiter weg als angegeben und fast nur mit dem Auto zu machen ist. Der Grund dafür ist, das die ganze Stadt am Hang liegt und es immer wieder bergauf geht auf dem Rückweg zum Haus! Parkplätze sind aber genügend vorhanden, zumindest im Herbst. Meersicht ist vorhanden inkl. Sonnenaufgang, perfekt vom Balkon aus! Also alles in Butter und voll zu empfehlen... Salute Stefan

Het huis was heel ruim, licht en kraaknet. Vanop het terras heb je zicht op zee. Giorgio en Juana waren ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en correct. Altijd ter beschikking.Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, tegen een bos aan, waar mooie wandelingen hun startpunt hebben. We hebben heel fijn gesnorkeld en veel vissen gezien aan het dichtsbijzijnde strand. Pluspunten zijn zeker de wasmachine en gloednieuwe vaatwasmachine. Cala Gonone is een goede uitvalsbasis voor boottochten langs prachtige baaien.

Wonderful Villa

Villa was perfect for us (family of 5, 3 teenage boys). Good facilities and 15 mins walk from beach/shops. Giorgio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and really helped us have a great holiday. It's a nice resort with shops and restaurants.

Highly recommended accomodation

Villa was perfect for us (family of 4 (kids 10 and 14) 1 adult). Good and clean facilities, a lot of space, welcoming and friendly interior...15 mins walk from beach/shops (quiet enviroment a bit of from the city centre, but not remote). Giorgio is a fantastic host...very friendly and helpful have a great holiday...perfect base for people, that like hiking, climbing.

Super verblijf bij Giorgio

Giorgio heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. We hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie, mede dankzij de goede zorgen van Giorgio in zijn zeer royale appartement. Het uitzicht vanuit was geweldig. Een aanrader!

Semaine idyllique à Cala Gonone

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Cala Gonone. Giorgio est un hôte formidable! Il nous a réservé un accueil exceptionnel et nous a reçu avec des boissons fraiches, des fruits et une envie de partager ses connaissances. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée et au calme. Nous serions heureux de pouvoir séjourner à nouveau chez Giorgio.

Wunderbares Haus mit einem wunderbaren Gastgeber

Es war großartig! Im Haus ist alles enthalten, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem, die Aussicht toll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio ist ein ganz toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat mit uns sogar eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt gemacht und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Exceptionnel

Un propriétaire exceptionnel dans une maison exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible, avenant et de très bons conseils. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût, il ne manque rien. Literie parfaite. 3 climatisations. place de parking devant la maison qui est immense et face à la mer à 800m. Trés bien située à côté de tout. Je recommande cette superbe maison. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne ce sera dans cette maison

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Ausstattung und einem sehr freundlichem Gastgeber

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für 6 Personen, wir waren als Großeltern (zwei Paare) mit unseren beiden Enkeln (9 und 12 Jahre) da und das Haus bot für alle viel Platz. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden (Kinderzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer teilweise mit Balkon) Es gab eine grosse Patio und eine Terasse, zwei Wohnbereiche und eine geräumige Küche. Die Ausstattung waren perfekt: es war alles ausreichend vorhanden und sehr sauber, ordentlich, perfekt und intakt. Die Klimaanlagen in jeder Etage sind optimal. Das Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Badewanne in der 1.Etage ist geräumig und durch zweite separate Toilette für 6 Personen ausreichend. Die Grünflächen im Garten sind von Giorgio top gepflegt, mit einem Blütenmeer aus Hibiskus und anderen Pflanzen und vom Haus hat man zudem einen Blick auf das Meer. Sehenswerte Ausflugsziele, wie beispielsweise den Monte Ortobene in Nuoro mit herrlichem Blick ins Gebirge; die roten Felsen von Arbatax (südlich), wo man von Felsen und Klippen springen und herrlich Schnorcheln kann; die Badestrände nördlich von Calo Ganone, beispielsweise Calo Genepro, sind alle per Tagesausflug gut zu erreichen. Giorgio ist ein wundervoller, perfekter und herzlicher Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Beim Empfang standen Leckereien, sardisches Brot und Wasser bereit und er hat uns einmal ein leckeres Menü mit Fregola und Ratatouille zubereitet. Es ist ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und bekommt eine 100% ige Weiterempfehlung. 😊 Vielen Dank an Giorgio für Alles

The house is located in very nice and quiet part of Cala Gonone. The house is superclean, well equipped, with all what you need. The picture of the interior fully corresponds with the reality. Giorgio is kind gentlemen, very good host, clever and always ready to help. Giorgio thanks for nice vacation!

Very nice house and host

We really enjoyed staying here. Giorgio was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The house was big and clean with a terrace on the ground floor and a big balcony on the first floor, which had an amazing view over the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was possible to eat both inside or outside on the terrace.

Meer,Berge und Katzen was will man mehr

Der perfekteste Ausblick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus mit einem großen Panoramafenster. Ein Kinderzimmer nagelneu .ZWEI Schlafzimmer sehr bequeme Betten Matratzen ,Kissen alles sauber und neu . Balkon aufs Meer sowie auch die große Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer auf die Berge .Fantastisch.

Haus mit perfekter Lage.

Das Haus ist groß, sehr schön und sauber mit einem sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß. Der Vermieter Giorgio ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Giorgio

Very nice home to stay.

Nice and spotless clean house in quiet location. Cala Ganone is a cozy place with nice sea promenade with restaurants, beautiful beach and marina. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful holidays / vacanze molto belle

Our week in Giorgio's house was really beautiful and special for all of us. The house was in reality exactly as described on FeWo-direkt. The location of the house was perfect for us (quiet neighborhood, short walk to the city center or sea). We highly recommend the overnight stay by Giorgio for a vaccation in Cala Gonone. Giorgio is a fantastic host and we felt very comfortable. Special tipp: ask Giorgio for recommendations for dinner, sightseeing or hiking - he is a local and know all the good things!
