The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but you will see the wonder of our sea-view verandas, where you can relax for an aperitif or dinner enjoying the view of the splendid sea of Cala Gonone! The house consists of a beautiful garden with barbecue, private access patio and large kitchen with dishwasher, from the kitchen you will have access to the veranda with table and chairs, ready to guarantee you relaxation and peace! The rooms are all finely furnished and complete with every accessory that can guarantee you comfort, including free WIFI of course! Two complete bathrooms and outdoor shower, washing machine and cooking accessories are of course included.

    quiet and picturesque town, with a seafront full of restaurants and places to have an aperitif, all within walking distance of our house! An ideal destination for those who want to rest, but also for those who love nature, the landscape, culture, the sea and the sport

Perfectly appointed home with a wonderful view. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook. We made the most of the outdoor kitchen and oven. The home is located near the a great grocery store and just up the hill from all of the restaurants. Parking was easy. We made the most of the three outdoor spaces.

Vacations at Cala Ganone

This apartment at Cala Ganone is the right place if you want to stay by the sea travel around Sardinia. The beaches are a few minutes walk.The yard next door is neglected: it spoils the atmosphere on the terrace a bit.There are plenty of utensils in the kitchens so cooking is easy.Property manger is extremely nice & quick-responding communicator.

Seaside Stay

Great location, 5 minute walk to grocery store and local restaurants. Property owner was quick to respond to messages. Mornings were spent the patio enjoying the amazing view of the sea and mountains. Highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnungen mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Das ein oder andere Küchenutensil ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind nicht die bequemsten, aber alles in allem würden wir immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

A touch of Paradise

The property has a great location. Five minute walk to everything amazing view to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. But just a few minutes to more excitement if you like.

Wonderful home

The apartment is roomy with great outdoor space and porches with a view of the ocean. It's a great house to share with grown children because there is room for privacy. It's very well located with groceries and restaurants within a block and a short walk to the beach The hosts are lovely and met us to show the house and offer advice. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful experience

The house is beautiful, spacious with a terrace overlooking the sea. It is very well equipped. It is only a short walk to the sea, shops, restaurants and bars and the port. Communication with Attilio (owner) was very good, he is very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in his house.

Heerlijk grote appartementen op loopafstand van leuk stadje en strand

Wij hebben 1 week met 2 gezinnen in deze geschakelde appartementen verbleven. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en reageren snel. De appartementen zijn erg ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en ontzettend netjes. Een aanrader!

Mostly a great stay

This place was in a great location. Lots of room for the eight of us. Bathrooms were very good, beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was okay. The only odd thing is that we had to supply our home toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap.

Excellent. Highly recommend!

Attilio is the best host I have ever met. He was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. The house was in a great location, spacious with many terraces and sea views. There is everything you need - very well equipped 2 kitchens, spacious 4 bedrooms, nice barbecue. We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of space. Just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants, shops. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Familienfreundlicher Aufenthalt in Cala Gonone

Der Aufenthalt in Attilios Wohnung war wundervoll. Cala Gonone hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und ist ein toller Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Attilio ist ein toller Gastgeber und super Hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort, insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei komplett ausgestatteten Wohnungen, war dafür perfekt geeignet. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wir (3. Generationen) haben dieses Objekt gewählt, weil wir zum einen die Nähe zum Meer, zum anderen die Möglichkeit für Wanderungen haben wollten. Hierfür ist das Objekt super geeignet und mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, 3 Terrassen und eigenem Grill/Ofen auch noch sehr groß.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief auf italienisch (mit Übersetzungsprogramm), was aber kein Problem war. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und wichtige Hinweise gegeben. Sehr nette Gastgeber!Sowohl Cala Gonone als auch im speziellen dieses Objekt sind eine klare Empfehlung!

Great place!

Very nice place! It's two apartments connected, perfect for two families spending the holidays together. The appartements are nice, in good condition and the multiple shady terrasses with a sea view are great! The hosts are very friendly and greeted us in person. They only speak Italian but it worked out well with Google help. The location is a few hundred meters to the beach, a steep walk like everywhere in Cala gonone. Supermarkets and the town centre are even closer.

My family stayed at Attilios place for 2 weeks, apart from the very spacious apartments with wrap around terraces and spectacular views of the sea, everything just 7 minutes walk from the Cala Gonones beach as described; Attilio is such a nice host, always ready to make my experience an unforgettable relaxing holiday.Did I mention A/C? some afternoons can get hot and sultry, and the A/C is a life saver.

Accueil chaleureux par Mr Attilio Piras, logement propre, spacieux et très bien localisé. Toutes les informations sur les activités possible aux alentours nous ont été données à notre arrivée. Logement parfait ! Petit bémol sur le prix des serviettes/literie qui n’était pas inclus dans l’annonce Arbitel mais au final renseigné par Mr Attilio Piras avant la réservation. Sinon tout était parfait!! Encore merci pour tout !

Fin lägenhet nära till allt

Vi, två familjer med tonåringar, har trivs väldigt bra i Attilios lägenheter. Bra funktion att ha två lägenheter där en dörr kan öppnas emellan. Perfekt för oss med tonåringar. Vi har ätit middagar på altanen med utsikt över havet, grillat i den stora grillen. Lägenheterna ligger fem minuter från matvaruaffär och lika långt från restauranger och närmaste stranden. Värden Attilio är enormt hjälpsam och trevlig! Han har snabbt svarat på alla frågor och varit en fantastisk värd. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Herzliche Aussicht und schönes Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Haus mit zwei aufgeteilte Wohnungen und mehreren Terrassen haben wir gebucht. Die Zimmern sind sogar größer als auf der Bilder zusehen ist. Sowie Ausstattung ist vom sehr gute Qualität. Werde gerne noch Mall zur Urlaub kommen. Weitester Strand war für uns perfekt. Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. P.S. Ausflug zum Cala Luna ist Geschmacksache (viel zuviel Leute). Dafür kann ich noch empfehlen 1,5 Stunden Fahrt nach San Teodoro - la Cinta Beatch.

Posizione ottima e cordialità.

Che dire, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in due nuclei famigliari (4 adulti e 3 bambini) e la generosità degli spazi ci ha permesso di essere più che comodi. L’appartamento è in ottima posizione: a due passi dai negozi alimentari, vicino alla fresca pineta, e con una passeggiata di 5 minuti si raggiungono le spiagge del paese e i ristoranti. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’ampia terrazza con vista mare dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato comodamente in 7 persone. Nell’appartamento non manca nulla, cucina super attrezzata. I signori Piras sono molto accoglienti e disponibili e questo rende il soggiorno ancora migliore. Se avremo l’occasione torneremo di sicuro.

Casa curata e adatta a ogni esigenza

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana. Eravamo due famiglie con bambini. Oltre alla pulizia, l’organizzazione degli spazi interni e un meraviglioso patio con vista sul golfo, devo sottolineare la cortesia e la cura dei proprietari nel farci sentire a nostro agio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una serie di attenzioni mai ricevute in esperienze passate. Il mirto fatto dalla signora è stato indimenticabile. Abbiamo potuto usufruire delle informazioni e delle indicazioni migliori per godere una vacanza di altissimo livello. Grazie di a cuore ad Attilio e alla sua signora. Consigliatissimo!!!

Ottima posizione e e disponibilità

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura dal 7 al 21 agosto:eravamo due famiglie, per cui la soluzione dei due appartamenti comunicanti è stata ottimale! La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e di posate e stoviglie in quantità ben superiore al necessario 😊. La posizione è fantastica, si possono raggiungere a piedi 3 market e nelle vicinanze c'è anche la "casetta dell'acqua", dove poter rifornirsi di acqua utilizzando le proprie bottiglie. Cala Gonone ha le proprie spiagge, raggiungibili a piedi dalla struttura, e un porticciolo da cui si possono scegliere gite ed escursioni di tutti i tipi. Attilio e Tanuccia sono stati gentilissimi, accogliendoci all'arrivo con mirto e dolcetti e suggerendoci delle ottime escursioni e agriturismi dove gustare la tipica cucina sarda. È stata davvero un ottima vacanza!
