“Sehr freundliches Personal, das mir sogar mit einer Vase für meine Blumen und einem Handy-Ladekabel ausgeholfen hat. Auch für meinen Hund waren ein Kuschel-Bettchen und Näpfe vorbereitet. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben.”

“The reception was good, the people in charge AMAZING I would just suggest paying attention to the details like I was given an empty box which should have had personal cleaning stuff inside and the tissues box was also almost empty. Also the TV didn't have Netflix as suggested (I think due to the WiFi signal strength) but these are minor things I could have fixed just by asking. Breakfast was good and location for public transportation too. For Essen Messe the location isn't fast to get to unless...

“Family-run small hotel, with friendliest staff, excellent food and cosy rooms. We stayed at the gorgeous and recently renovated room 102 and had an excellent experience overall. The staff cannot be more caring and polite. Every aspect of the hotel is properly taken care of. Easy and convenient to reach by car, on a quiet neighbourhood. ”
