Property is NOT pet friendly, and the staff is CRAZY! The lady that checked us in accused our cat of puking all over the comforter, which never happened, and refused to rent us the room for another night. For her to say that it makes me wonder if there are cameras in the room or something. My car broke down and we were towed into Douglas. One of the people in my party picked a fight with my little boy and I. I went to the front desk and let the staff know, a little while later she sent a housekeeper to our room and had us go to the desk so that she could yell and scream at me, and while we were sitting in our barely drivable car, the jerk with us was seen getting into a room she rented in. The guy is on probation and not allowed to leave Montana, he and his kids were threatening my little boy and I because my car broke down and it was apparently my fault....and then to boot the crazy lady at the hotel threw us out with no way to get home. She chose the wrong person to help! My son and I were headed to my father's funeral, and not trying to cause any issues. My only fault was trusting someone who wanted to ride with us. I will NEVER stay at this motel or any one of their chain motel/hotels ever again. They need competent people working the desk.
