The room needed some attention. The view of the bay was blocked by a blind that was broken. No staff seen except morning breakfast which was not exceptional in anyway. Loved the Isle of Man (beautiful island with great public transportation )but would choose a different accommodation next time.

Nice breakfast 😋 polite staff . Carpets need modernising in room . Shower needs redoing and tv 📺 needed fixing before letting out the room . Hair dryer towels and bathroom amenities all good 👍 Kettle tea coffee bottled water and biscuits all good 👍 would have been more pleasant if staff was available more and the bar was manned in the evenings .

We had the superior 3rd floor seaview room which was lovely and had fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size as was the lounge area. The breakfast menu was excellent and everything was cooked to order. There was also a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and pastries plus toast. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. There is a bar, which is open in the evening until 10pm. The only downside is that there is no lift, which wasn't a problem for us but if you struggle to go upstairs then you might find it difficult depending on which floor you are on. The property is in walking distance of the electric tram. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great accommodations. Very clean. Staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Individuals with limited mobility may have difficulty as there is no lift available. Very nice breakfast. Five stars. ⭐️

The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff to come and let us in. They leave at 3 and come back at 6.30 until 10. Had we stayed out until after 10pm this would have been problem luckily we went back at around 5pm. It would be good to have 2 keys or a contingency plan in place for these situations.

Very clean and spacious superior twin room loved the ceiling fan to keep cool. Great breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again thank you Opul Express 😄

Nicely run property. Good room Good food Good beds Good tv Good WiFi Good shower Toilet not brilliant and being on fourth floor with no lift exhausting but would stay again on a lower floor.

Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was more than I could eat, so asked to reduce after first day. Manx cooked breakfast was great, but the only small issue was that 'runny eggs' do not mean uncooked eggs (fried and poached, had the same issue). This was a small issue and I have made the comment so that the hotel can address as I will be staying there again. Thank you.

much to like about this place

Staff were welcoming on arrival, Decor is tired but room was spotless. Bed was harder than I would prefer but nevertheless still comfortable and a good nights sleep. Bathroom was clean and tidy however the shower although useable wasn't great. Had cooked breakfast. plenty on the plate and service cant be faulted. Would stay again definitely

Comfortable room

10/10 for the room. Very comfortable with fantastic views. The cooked breakfast let it down. Poor quality sausage, one rasher of tough bacon and cold beans. They had a good choice of continental offerings though.

Couldn't fault it!

We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. Our bedroom was spacious, lovely high power shower, ample space for your belongings and a cosy sofa ideal for watching TV. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection, from full English to kippers, eggs Benedict and continental plus the usual cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts and toast. There is a lovely bar, guest lounge overlooking the sea front has a huge TV with books etc. Would definitely recommend and I'd like to think we'd visit again.

A warm and friendly welcome at this B & B

Good location, opposite the beach and walking distance to shops, bars and transport links. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice of breakfast in the morning and rooms are clean and spacious. Stayed for 4 nights and would definitely recommend the Inglewood and hope to come back soon.

Excellent B&B with very helpful hosts. Superb location on the seafront and a nice distance to stroll into town or catch the horse drawn tram. Highly recommend this establishment. Breakfast is delicious and lots to choose from. We will definitely be returning.... Thanks from both of us.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendliness of our reception. Our room was immaculately clean and provided with all necessary facilities. At breakfast we were greeted with a warm welcome and concern was shown as to the comfort of our room and provision of all facilities. Nothing was to be too much trouble. Breakfast selection was very comprehensive and the cooked choices were of an exceptional quality and standard. Again, cleanliness prevailed and the ambiance of a quality standard. Definitely worth a revisit next time we are on the island.
