“This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!”

We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!”

“We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Nice and clean house. Only an 8 minute drive to Moody Beach which we preferred since it's closer and less crowded. Our group of 7 enjoyed the nice backyard setup... especially the pickle ball court! Communications with property manager were quick and simple. Would recommend.”
