“Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. “We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. ”

“I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night.
