This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. A shower and WC are also available on this level. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and is served by a bath and WC. The second and third bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm, with each room having its own dedicated shower and WC.
