This house is located in a residential area ideally placed to discover the region, 10 minutes from the first supermarket, 15 minutes from the TGV station of Les Arcs Draguignan, 15 minutes from the city center of Draguignan, 15 minutes from Lorgues and its famous market, 20 minutes from the A8 motorway, 40 minutes from Sainte Maxime, 1 hour from the Verdon gorges and the lake of Sainte Croix.
You will be close to some of the most famous vineyards of the Var.
You will have a 20m2 air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160x200 bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a TV, a bathroom (shower and toilet).
From your bed you will have a superb view of the swimming pool.
Outside you will have the enjoyment of a summer kitchen and a terrace with lounge and barbecue overlooking the pool, the swimming pool, a petanque court and a ping pong table.
You will access your accommodation through a gate reserved for you and you can park your vehicle in the garden.
