“Estupendo sitio para quedarse, muy céntrico y cómodo. Abajo hay una parada del tranvía, al frente el Centro Comercial Galerie y a pocos minutos el centro con muchos sitios turísticos. Dentro de la habitación todo muy completo para la estadía, incluso nos recibieron con unos obsequios. Estoy segura que voy a regresar, mi hijo va a estudiar en esta ciudad y este será mi primera opción para hospedarme.”

“2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。”

Parkhaus (Karte ist im Preis drin), Rewe-Markt, DM, Bäcker, Restaurant, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle usw. alles um die Ecke. Christian ist Spitze u. unterstützt sofort, sollten Fragen aufkommen. Absolut u. rundum zu empfehlen. Unser nächster DD-Besuch wird wieder in der T5 FeWo stattfinden.”

“The apartment is pretty big, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room with everything you may need; microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, etc. The WiFi is super fast and the location is perfect, 5 min driving to the downtown. There is not parking space there, but it is easy to find a parking spot for €3 per all day. Well recommended! ”

The croissant of the breakfast was the best I tried in my trip to Europe including different cities.
