• Lights — Please turn all lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our Valley
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• Trailers and RV units are not permitted in the parking area.
• Per the amenities section, there is no central air conditioning — there is a portable A/C unit in the living area.
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
