“This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. A gently sloped hill leads down to a nice deck with ladder access to the water. It's above the horseshoe so it's not as crowded as the rest of the river. Less than a 5 mile drive to White...

“Great location! Great host, we had everything we needed. Bungalow was bright, colorful and spacious. A bit of issues initially receiving the access instructions via email, but it could have been on Vbro. We had a few visitors to meet up before our day on the late and they all loved the location and just how cozy our Vbro was. I will add, a deep cleaning (such as dusting) is needed.”

“The house is on a large piece of property with a fantastic view. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the deer graze in the field. It was quite secluded from any nearby neighbors with the surrounding trees. The Blanco river was just a few minutes away! It was a short drive into Wimberly to enjoy a small town atmosphere. Lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. We...

“We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. It was so nice to see that the reservation was exactly as we had seen. We enjoyed having it to have a place for down time from the wedding activities. We would highly recommend.”

“This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time.”

“The property was nice and the house was spacious. However when we arived the spa didn't work, waterfall on pool didnt work, ovens bake option didnt work, and the dishwasher wasnt 100%. All of these added up to the 4 stars.”

The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again.”
