Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from the very beginning. There was no warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff showed little interest or assistance. We were left confused and lost trying to find the elevators, with no guidance or support from the hotel team.
The room itself was in very poor condition. There was an unpleasant smell, the bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, and the blanket felt like it belonged to another century. The towels were also very old and worn out, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, we did not feel comfortable at all during our stay. The level of cleanliness and service was far below expectations. In our country, even three-star hotels are generally clean, well-maintained, and provide much better service than this hotel. This experience was very disappointing, and we do not recommend staying here.
