I had an incredible experience staying Damac Cour Jardin. Perks of staying here - deluxe room includes kitchen and dishes(there is walkin grocery store as well) - 10 minutes walk to metro station. Good location for tourists. - very nearby to Burj khalifa and Mall. - you can enjoy the view even from this hotel location. - very neat and clean hotel rooms - Manager namely, Hossam was so nice to me throughtout the staycation. All the staff were very friendly and nice.

Alles war sehr gut und sauber, alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben vom Hotel einen Kinderwagen gestellt bekommen für den Aufenthalt damit unser großer Sohn, 3 Jahre, nicht alles laufen muss. Housekeeping hat alles gebracht wenn es an etwas gefehlt hat. Immer wieder gerne.

Attention aux offres et aux photos
Grosse déception lors de notre check in lorsque nous voyons que la chambre réservée avec une offre sur le site est ridiculement petite et ne ressemble en rien au photo . Après plusieurs heures avec hôtel.com et la réception du Damac nous avons trouvé un compromis . Je trouve tout de même de bonne qualité le service dans cette résidence .

Apartment 405 was not cleaned everyday. We were obliged to report to the reception for our apartment to be cleaned. That was not normal. We also noticed water drops falling from the ceiling in the main shower.

NEVER GOING BACK!
ZERO COVID precautions. They are letting tourists in without masks, no temp checks, no health declaration or anything. Severely understaffed. When we got there at 3pm to check in we were told room wasn’t ready it’d take 45min. Didn’t get the room until 7pm. They offered a complimentary extra bed and baby crib. We never got the baby crib. After checking in, the burner on the stove didn’t work. The balcony door wouldn’t lock. They would not do housekeeping unless we called and asked and even then it took them at least 3 hrs after the call to come and just take the trash out. We were given 2 bath towels, there were 4 of us so I asked so have extra towels, wouldn’t provide and would be told that babies don’t need towels? Horrible horrible customer service. At the time of check out the lady said to go back to the room and leave the key there?!? Didn’t make sense, I was hauling my babies and I was not going to keep wasting my time. 2hrs after check out they called me to double check if I had indeed checked out. Never never going back there, definitely do not recommend. It was the worst experience ever. Very uncomfortable.
