“Great location in old Dubai, easy to walk to lots of places including a 2 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with good amenities, only point for us was that it had no window, due to the style of the building. No problem, just not used to! The breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. There was a price limit on what you could order for breakfast which was a surprise to us however loads of options within the 'budget'. We would stay...

It is truly a luxury experience, we absolutely loved the views from the beautiful terrace, the food was delicious as well! I have no words to describe the charm of this hotel and all of the staff, every single member was incredibly attentive and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, with...

The soundproofing was very poor, and we could hear traffic throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The beds were also not particularly comfortable. Overall, while...

“My favorite part is customer service, they’re so nice and kind people, and the location is great! It’s close to metro station.”
