The host was polite and responded quickly, but was terribly unhelpful. For example, we arrived at the property at 9:15 am, after flying all night, and they kept us waiting for 7 hours before check in, despite being in constant contact, despite the apartment was ready before 1 pm as we went upstairs to check and it was ready, they did not offer early check in despite asking numerous times. A different excuse each time!The sheet in the picture is covering a hole in the couch fabric. As I say, they responded quickly, were always polite, but not helpful or obliging at all. The actual apartment is in a good location and was perfect for our needs
