Last minute property change by Deluxe Holiday manager
Property managment moved us to Al Fattan Marine because of an issue with this condo, location was great but had so many issues with Al Fattan property: 1. Bathroom Water Leak: One of the bathroom tubs had a large crack, causing water to leak onto the floor whenever anyone showered. This created a slippery and unsafe condition, which was especially concerning for safety. 2. Lack of Shower Curtains: None of the tubs had shower curtains, leading to water pooling on the floor and soaking towels, which made cleanup difficult. 3. Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioner was shared between two rooms, resulting in one room being uncomfortably warm while the other was excessively cold. 4. Sewage Smell: On one day, there was a strong sewage odor throughout the apartment, which was nauseating and made it difficult to stay indoors comfortably. 5. Persistent Cologne Smell: One of the rooms had a very strong cologne odor that appeared to come from the floor and lingered for several days. This caused several of us to experience headaches and discomfort throughout our stay, creating a significant inconvenience.
