Muy recomendable
Muy buena atención y disposición para ayudarnos. La habitación muy cómoda La ubicación sensacional para poder desplazarse a cualquier sitio a través del metro, ya que hay una estación a 50 mts del hotel. El precio del safari al desierto que ofrece una agencia en el hotel es muy caro. Recomiendo buscar y contratar en algún Mall. La piscina es muy linda, nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones después del check out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Muy recomendable, Volveremos a mediados de septiembre!

Totalmente recomendable
Buen situado, en la emblemática Shaik Zayed roud, cerca del dubai mall y con una parada de metro al lado. Zonas de restsuracion (entre ellos un Starbucks) y tiendas en la zona. Hotel con habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, y con una pequeña cocina. Como curiosidad, no hace tanto fue el hotel mas alto del mundo. Relacion calidad precio muy atractiva. Personal muy amable. Zona de piscina, spa y gimnasio mas que correctos. Lo unico que desentona, por su tamaño, es su recepción. En resumen miy buen hotel para tu estancia en Dubai. Repetiriamos sin duda

Primera mente el personal 100% pero me cobraron 300 dólares por un upgrade que lo que era solo el view pero con una peste a smoke que fue lo primero que dije no smoking otra coso el refrigerador no servía el microwave tampoco y el view era muy difícil de ver por qué los cristales están puercos pero bueno no me van a rembolsar nada pero esa es mi humilde opinión q pidieron gracias

Hice un upgrade de habitación al momento de hacer el check-in, me asignaron una en el piso 59, todo muy bien a excepción del baño, al parecer los baños de las habitaciones tienen su propio calentador de agua. Dicha agua caliente dura muy poco al estarse duchando. También hay un espacio horizontal muy amplio al nivel superior de la tina, donde se acumula el agua que salpica de la ducha y ésta se va recorriendo hasta caer al piso el cual a final del baño, queda totalmente empapado, tiene uno que ducharse incómodo para evitar salpicar mucha agua, o estar secando el piso al final de la ducha para no dejar todo el piso del baño mojado. Realmente muy incómodo!!!

Excellent hotel very close to the leisure center of the Dubai Mall and Bujr Kalif, connected by the train to all the places of interest in Dubai. The very helpful staff and at all times attentive with the visitor. The spacious rooms and with all the amenities, have a small kitchen to make a coffee or you.

Struttura bella e confortevole, camere pulite e ordinate, bellissima vista sulla città, comoda per parcheggio auto, ristorante buono, accontenta tutti i gusti, forse l'unica pecca se proprio devo trovarla sono le file per lattesa degli ascensori, ma ovviamente anxhecse ce ne sono 5 le persone sono tante e i piani anche! Consigliatissimo hotel!!

Amazing property and amazing staff! This location is super convenient and I will definitely stay here again. It is super close to all the attractions and even local eateries and a small grocery stores and pharmacies. The customer service was amazing and they communicated very well with any and all changes. The staff are super nice and true gentleman, they did not let me lift a finger.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter von der Metro Station entfernt von der aus man alles erreichen kann. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist teilweise leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücken kann man auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen. Wobei der unterschied hier schon deutlich war. Etage 1 war sehr neu und modern. Große und frische Auswahl an Speisen und lokalen Spezialitäten. Auf Etage 2 war die Auswahl nicht so groß und der Raum optisch ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen.

This was an amazing choice for our 1 night in Dubai. We came from a stay in the desert and it was New Year’s Eve. We booked the Burj Khalifa view room because we wanted to see the fireworks, but didn’t feel like going out into the crowds of people. The room was spacious, the hotel had added a roll-away bed for our teenager free of charge. The view was spectacular, couldn’t have been better. We sat on the bed to watch the fireworks, simply magical. It allowed us to get a good nights sleep before our flight home in the morning. Plus, the room has a washing machine (bring your own soap or get it in the supermarket around the corner from the hotel). The staff was very kind and took care of everything, fast check in/out.
