Venden habitaciones triples y no las tienen
Estuvimos 8 noches en este hotel y tengo que decir que teniamos reservada una habitación para tres adultos, que el hotel ofertaba. Nuestra sorpresa al llegar a altas horas de la madrugada fue, que cuando entramos a la habitación , solo habia una cama de matrimonio, por lo que tuvimos que solicitar otra cama, como toallas etc para la tercera persona. Hubo que solicitarlo por dos veces y cual fue nuestra sorpresa, cuando la tercera cama consistia en una cama para un niño y dura que era imposible dormir. Volvimos a reclamar, pero nos dijeron que eso es lo que había. En esas condiciones tuvimos que pasar los 8 días que estuvimos hospedados.

Desagradable sorpresa a la llegada.
Teníamos reservada una habitación para tres adultos y cuando llegamos nuestra sorpresa fue que no había habitaciones triples, lo que hacen es meter una cama infantil en la habitación doble, y ha pesar de ser las 3 a.m. la habitación no estaba preparada y tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora. También tuvimos que reclamar servicios para tres, ya que solo reponían para dos.

La llegada hubo un poco de no coordinacion , pero en general muy bueno, todo el staff ,la comida excelente el servicio,todo el personal muy amable ,hermosa la decoracion, la piscina, muy recommendable para cualquier persona por negocios o placer y con Familias mas todavia, es EXCELENTE .

Estupenda. Por poner alguna pega está un poco lejos de las principales atracciones turísticas de Dubai, por lo demás es un hotelazo.

Hotel muy cómodo, encima de un centro comercial
Hotel de 5* con todas las comodidades de este tipo de hoteles. Impresionante la bañera. Nos alojamos en un piso 18 con muy buenas vistas a la ciudad. Está en una zona muy centrica, cerca del aeropuerto y se puede ir andando a los zocos. Tiene un centro comercial debajo con todo tipo de tiendas, cafeterías para el desayuno y wifi gratis (en el hotel es de pago a un precio abusivo). Al lado del centro comercial hay un supermercado abierto 24h con todo tipo de comida a muy buen precio. El personal del hotel muy simpático y atento. Tuvimos un problema con el cobro de tasas de estancia y fue resuelto rápidamente y con diligencia. La piscina está abierta hasta las 23h y la temperatura exterior permite bañarse hasta en invierno. Sin duda sería mi primera opción si vuelvo a Dubai.

Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. Their excellence and ability to make us feel welcomed makes me want to stay here every trip in Dubai! Swissotel is also greatly located in Deira. Thank you

The hotel was centrally located in Deira which was great! There were numerous restaurants nearby and the prices were economical compared to the Jumeirah side. The hotel is attached to a mall which is extremely convenient. We went during Ramadan and were expecting a grand buffet for suhoor but unfortunately their options were limited. The staff is excellent - extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel! Great for families!

Swissotel Al Ghurair is a nice hotel with a great mall and dining options nearby. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which is very chaotic if you come later in the morning, with a long wait to get in and for many food and other options such as coffee - not good enough for a hotel that claims to be 4.5 stars

Extremely poor service, the staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They are slow. They are not responsive. The parking is very difficult too, it’s around a busy area. Would definitely not stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, and it doesn't disappoint. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful; quick with a smile and greeting... and this is across all sections - entry, lobby, dining and housekeeping. This might be normal in Dubai, but after 3 weeks in Europe it was a most welcome change. However, I'd simply like to think this hotel is a bit special. Room was large, spacious and clean. The extra large bed was so comfortable that getting out of it was the hardest choice to make each day. Breakfast options in the dining room are wide and varied... and all delicious. A real coffee barista would have made it just perfect... but the Espresso still hits the spot. Dont skip a visit to the pool. After a long day out and about in the heat, a long dip in the pool is the perfect way to end the day. I just wish it was accessible longer, we would have stayed in till midnight given a choice. Book in advance, and its excellent value for money. Top choice.

The best thing i liked about the five star hotel was easy access to the mall from its main level and having good restaurants around the hotel with n8ce pool and gym we didn't need to go anywhere else. This hotel will be my first choice in next visit to Dubai. Highly recommend.

The property is nice. Staff is amazing. Especially Julian at front desk who went above and beyond to get us a room for early check in. The property is nice but not on the same level of other 5 stars like Marriott Marquis, etc. However not bad at all.
