This is the worst stay I’ve had to experience in my entire life.1. Host won’t share check in and parking instructions until 1 hour before check in.m despite informing I’ll be on an international flight with a late arrival so I won’t be able to read instructions until late which leaves me no time if I have a question about the instructions provided. 2. Host instructions of check in was go to this specific building. He failed to specify that it’s a conglomerate of 5 buildings with a very convulsed way to enter. He failed to specify that only 1 elevator out of the tens available gets you to the apartment. He failed to specify that parking garage only accessible from one street. It took me almost hour and a half to figure out all the above. None of this was specified. 3. The apartment is infested with cockroaches. I provided pictures to the host. His reply was I can send you “piff paff”4. After staying for 2 days I asked the host that I want to leave the apartment due to some sanitary concerns (I had 5 months old infant with me). He kept arguing for 2 days that he needs to discuss this with “management”. 5. The host doesn’t identify himself and doesn’t provide an emergency phone number. Now I’m dealing with Vrbo (who also aren’t being very helpful) in getting a refund. Just save yourself some time and book somewhere else.
