The property was not as described in the listing, according to the listing there was meant to be “Exclusive beach access card” however I was told by the property manager there was no such thing. (See attached)The property was not very clean. The safe was not working The shower water would escape and go into the bathroom. It’s slip hazard. The second bedroom light switch would only work if you switch the living room light on.The aircon would be very cold in the second bedroom but hardly working in the living room. At the end I gave up contacting them with all the issues my family and I were experiencing. The property needs a proper maintenance before it should go out on the market again. The same day I arrived on the property I requested a refund or a change of apartment but I was ignored. However the property manager Imran was apologetic and tried his best to resolve issues for us where he can. He was good to deal with and professional.
