Did not feel very welcomed at all by this motel, from the reception staff to the room quality. The room has limited features, does not even have full cutlery, or even a coffee station no cups either only wine glasses?! The reception staff are very blunt not very welcoming at all. I understand customer service/hospitality industry is horrible to work in as I have had my taste of it too & currently work in a crucial customer service role but at the end of the day the customer pays your wages! Be kind & happy & grateful. On positives the room keepers are awesome, plenty of towels provided which is rare from my motel experiences, always nice to have a fresh towel! Bedding was also pretty comfortable & the room fragrance was memorable it was awesome! Not the best motel but not the worst either
