Do not stay at this VRBO.Our reservation was intended for multiple nights; however, due to serious and unresolved issues with the property, my group and I were only able to stay for one night. I received essentially nothing from the host or VRBO for compensation. During the call with the support team, who was also speaking with the owner, I felt pressured to accept their refund as a final and non-negotiable offer, which did not feel like a fair or appropriate resolution.Upon arrival, the property had multiple issues that were unacceptable:There was NO hot water available at any point during our stay. The WiFi did not work, and several electrical outlets were nonfunctional. The toilet did not flush properly.The towels provided had visible mark's from blood stains, yet were still deemed fit to offer for guests. These issues were reported to the owner immediately. The owner did not offer any assistance or attempt to resolve the problems. Instead, he repeatedly dismissed our concerns, stated that we were incorrect, or provided information that did not address the issues. At no point did he send help, offer alternative accommodations, or propose a meaningful solutions.
