The large, comfortable living/dining area is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, featuring a bright, modern kitchen that is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The apartments offer two very comfortable bedrooms: the main bedroom is a double with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience, while the second bedroom is a twin room, ideal for guests or family members. Additionally, there is a well-appointed main guest bathroom, enhancing the overall functionality and comfort of the living space.
The accommodation is just 20 minutes to the city centre by either car or tram. A car is not essential as the tram is just across the road - one minute walk. Take the hassle free way to town using the tram. This residence is ideal for commuters, as it is a 4 minute drive to the M50 motorway and a 7 minute drive to the N11.
Location wise the apartment is ideal, as it is surrounded by local amenities. Within a few minutes walk of the apartments there are two supermarkets, Dunnes Stores and Aldi. There is a Starbucks coffee shop and pizzeria all within walking distance. There is a range of eateries ranging close by ranging from Michelin level dining to local pubs and takeout options. The Dundrum Town centre is also a short car/ tram drive or 30 minute walk away, where you will find numerous shops and eating options available.

The Space:
Experience a comfortable stay in this apartment located in Grande Central, Sandyford, Dublin 18. The apartment boasts a bright and spacious layout, featuring a large living/dining area connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements: a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds. A second full bathroom is also available. The apartment is right in the heart of Sandyford. It is ideally located for any corporate bookings required in this area. Due to its proximity to the luas ( tram) stop just across the road, it is perfect for leisure breaks, as the city centre is easy accessible.
Guest Access:
Check in is from 4pm. As there is no reception at the apartment one of our team will meet you at the apartment with the keys and show you around. Please confirm your arrival time in order to make arrangements for key collection.

Located in the heart of the Sandyford Business District, Grande Central offers easy access to a variety of eateries, ranging from Michelin-level dining to local pubs and takeout options. Within a few minutes’ walk of the apartments are two supermarkets. Dundrum Town Centre, Ireland’s largest shopping centre, is just a 30-minute walk or an 8-minute drive away, featuring over 150 retail stores, restaurants, cafés, and leisure facilities, including a theatre and cinema complex. Getting Around:
The apartment is located just across the road from the Luas (tram). This service will take you into the centre of Dublin city in just 25 minutes. This is a modern efficient way of accessing the city. The development is a 4 minute drive to the M50 motorway and a 7 minute drive to the N11. Dublin airport is a 28 minute drive,

Check out is at 10 am. If you are leaving ahead of this please leave the keys and the parking permit (if applicable) in the post box in the lobby.
The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please remove any rubbish and leave it in the rubbish bins indicated.
There will be an additional cleaning charge if the apartment is not left in a tidy condition.
