Great stay at this well located property. We were two couples and the bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for us. The owner met us for check in and gave extensive suggestions and tips for seeing the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, immediately outside the old city walls. Lovely terrace from which you can see the old town. Clean and comfortable - also nice and cool in the very hot weather. Thoughtful host. We highly recommend staying here.

Best location

The location is fabulous and the host was very good and met us and was very helpful. But the shower in the upstairs bath sprayed the whole bath and was not usable. We had to all 4 use the shower downstairs for 4 days. It would have been nice to have some comfortable outside furniture on the terrace

Great location

This apt is just what we needed. Location was perfect as we walked everywhere. The bedroom/bathrooms worked great for our group of 4. The check in process was easy and informative. Marina assisted with all questions and had really good recommendations. Overall, superb experience.

Beautiful gem with amazing views

An unforgettable stay in Dubrovnik. Nestled right across the street from the historic old town, its location has lovely views of the harbour and the city walls from the patio. The house itself is clean and comfortable, equipped with every amenity you could need. Our family of four had lots of space. But what truly sets this place apart is the local host's genuine charm and hospitality. From invaluable local recommendations to thoughtful gestures and delightful gifts, she goes above and beyond to ensure a truly memorable stay. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this rental for an exceptional Dubrovnik experience.

Excellent location and amenities

The location was spectacular - amazing view from the balcony! And they stock the apartment full of amenities from Grappa to wine to snacks and juice. The apartment was wonderfully clean and the woman who cleans it is an absolute sweetheart. The local property manager is also wonderful and very responsive. The reason I gave the place 4 stars is that the property manager on the website is not particularly helpful or responsive. We cleared dropping our bags off before check-in with them and told them what time we would be arriving. The day of arrival I reached out to them via the app to make sure it was a good time after around an hour we just went to the place and clearly startled the cleaning lady who called the local property manager and had me talk to her on the phone and we got it resolved. The person managing the app to 8-10 hours to respond. There was one other incident where I'd lost the local PMs number and reached out via the app and again it took several hours to get a response. The local property manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I wish when I had reached out to ask about what the best way to get from the ferry would be and if we could drop our bags before check-in, that they had given me her contact information at that time. I'm confident if that had taken place we'd have avoided those minor issues and the overall service would have been bumped up another level.

Five star location!

The location of this apartment really cannot be beat. The communication with the manager was superb and we enjoyed an excellent stay. By way of full disclosure, just a couple of imperfections: I did not see a microwave in the kitchen, as advertised. The water temp in the showers was hot, but unpredictable- it would go cold and then scalding with no notice. Lastly, we experienced a leak due to heavy rain and the response by management was very fast. None of this would keep me from staying here again - Apartment Nera is a truly fantastic apartment *right* outside the city walls!

Dubravnik “Game of Thrones” Stay

Great experience renting this property. The location was absolutely fantastic and gave you a view of the city. Can be accessed by a vehicle in only one flight of stairs to carry your luggage up which makes it very easy on travel. Wonderful host who was always willing to lend a hand and give us information about the city. Strongly recommend this property.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

A perfect stay for our Anniversary! Our host, Marina, was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and offers tours of Old Town. The apartment has a great view of Old Town from a nice, private balcony on the 2nd floor. Great for watching the sunset over Old Town with a glass of wine. The apartment had all the amenities we needed: towels, sheets, dishes, dishwasher, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, etc. In fact, a great surprise was a bottle of great wine and local bread waiting for us; which, made a great snack after our long journey. The beds were a little larger then a queen mattress and were comfortable. The apartment was very, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was fairly quiet for being so close to the Old Town gates (literally a 1 minute walk). We used the booking agency's offer of transportation from the airport, which I HIGHLY recommend if you're not familiar with driving near Old Town. There is a grocery store about a 1 minute walk away, a bakery, and lots of great reataurants nearby. Everything really was perfect. Thanks to Marine and the booking agency for a great stay!!!
