"Apartment SEVEN" with Stunning Sea View
- apartment SEVEN is situated in vicinity of Old Town just 15-20 min (1.7 km) walking distance in part of town called "Gorica". Our apartment is on second floor and accommodates 2 adults + 1 child. Apartment consist of one bedroom / living room with king size bed, and sofa bed suitable for adult or kids. The accommodation will provide you with a TV, Free WiFi , air conditioning and a seating area. There is a full kitchen with hot plate stove, microwave, dish washer, and a refrigerator. Bathroom with shower also comes with a hairdryer, laundry machine and free toiletries.
Our property offers free parking. Guests can relax at the beach, which is approximately 200 meters away, or be active at the nearby sports center. There is a park for children in proximity, cafe bars with terraces, lovely restaurants and hotels close by where guests have the possibility to use the pool, wellness at an additional cost.
The grocery store is just 100 meters away, and the bus stops to get to other parts of town is 300 meters from the accommodation. Apartment has stunning sea view from balcony and bed room to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating, drinking, reading the book or just enjoying the fresh air.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Lokrum. Alles war perfekt aufgestattet und sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hatte eine perfekte Lage in Altstadtnähe. Der Strand war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch war. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche hier verbracht und alles war einfach perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fantastic Apartment
My husband and I rented Josipa’s beautiful apartment for a one-week stay in Dubrovnik. Josipa contacted us right away to determine our arrival time so that she could meet up with us and show us the rental, as well as where we could park our car. Josipa was extremely kind and checked in with us a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was perfect. It was absolutely spotless and we loved the modern decor. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Old Town, but there is a bus station nearby, as well as a mini-market. All in all, if I could give the apartment ten stars, I would! If we ever make it back to Dubrovnik, my husband and I would happily stay in Josipa’s apartment again!

Ideal Dubrovnik
The condo is absolutely fabulous and very well equipped . Well located with easy access to the Old City and a variety of restaurants. Could not have asked for anything better. Loved our stay. Josipa is more than gratuitous and helpful.

Gemütliches Appartement mit tollem Meerblick
Gemütliches, klimatisiertes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Dachappartement in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Toller Blick aufs Meer, Parken war unproblematisch. Altstadt zu Fuß - 30 min - oder mit UBER zu erreichen.

Really enjoyed our stay!
The apartment is very clean and efficient...has everything you need, as well as a beautiful view of the sea! Josipa goes out of her way to be of assistance from beginning to end, and is so very nice on top of it! We would definitely recommend Apartment 7 and would stay here again given the opportunity! Clean and well stocked!
I loved this apartment and the owner was so gracious and accommodating. The only problem for us was that it was a walk up a hill to get the bus and to restaurants. Took about 10 minutes. We are 70 and in good shape, but, my husband wasn't real happy about that aspect. I didn't mind. In fact, I enjoyed walking and we did a lot of it. Loved having a washing machine as we were a week into the trip and needed to wash clothes.

Beautiful Apartment with GREAT views!
We absolutely loved our stay at Apartment Seven. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea. It was also in a quiet neighbourhood, so it wasn't noisy at night. Josipa was also really helpful when we had questions about places to visit in the local area, which we really appreciated. Was a great stay all around and we'll definitely stay there again the next time we're in Dubrovnik. Thank you, Josipa!
