Sadly, this property is not being maintained and kitchen is poorly equipped. We noticed a urine smell and broken furniture the first few minutes in the unit. Reported the broken furniture and a missing electrical power supply cord to property manager right away. Nothing was fixed in the 3 days we were there. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and bathroom window open all the time to minimize the urine odor. But it still reeked. The shower curtain was cloth with no liner, so water went right thru the curtain. Later in our stay, we found a second piece of furniture broken. The owner should make the necessary repairs. The location is very good, the bed was comfortable, and AC worked well. There are MANY steps to get to it from the main Pile Gate. but we like to exercise, so did not mind the steps. There’s a fantastic little restaurant “Lady Pi Pi” just a few steps away. We loved Dubrovnik, plan to return, but will not stay at this particular property again. We stayed in Croatia 21 days, 10 stops. Wonderful trip! This was the only property we wouldn’t stay at again. Heed our warning, or bring nose plugs!
