Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception unattended. They should have a locked room if they offer to store suitcases, or be clear that they donā€™t offer that service. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had such a good stay at this property. The apartment was in an amazing location, being right in the old town and therefore all the main attractions are in a walkable distance, with more than enough restaurant options around. It can get noisy at night, but after reading previous reviews and taking a good pair of ear plugs, I slept like a dream. Leonardo was a great host, checking with us when we would be arriving and saying we could leave luggage if required. I would 100% recommend staying here and would stay again if I am back in Dubrovnik

If I could give the Leonardo Baroque house 10 stars, I would! This was the perfect place to stay in the old town. If you can book this place, do it! We stayed here two nights, it was in a quiet off street away from the main street where everything is. So convenient! You are literally 20 feet from the action. Check-in was easy. The place is spotlessly clean. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the third floor. It had a lot of space but if you have problems with small stairs, this would be a bit difficult. The room also had a small kitchenette that came in very handy. There are a cute wine bar and tapas bar literally across the alley/small street from the hotel. We did not hear noise at all, so donā€™t worry about being next to a restaurant. The hotel is managed by one family and they are just absolutely the nicest. Excellent communication before and even AFTER our stay. Again, if you have a chance to book this place, donā€™t even think twice. Your search for hotel in DBV is over!

Adorable home in the heart of Old town Dubrovnik. Very clean and plenty of space for two people. Great shower with good water pressure. It does get a little loud, as the property is in the city but earplugs are provided.

My stay here with my parents was wonderful. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, with multiple landmarks and restaurants around. Access to the location is really simple, no stairs required. However, inside the property there are a few stairs to go to the bedroom. But no problem at all. The hosts were impeccable. Really recommend this stay in Dubrovnik ig you want to be inside the old town.

The apartment was so nice bed is comfortable,clean and the aircon was working well ,slept well .Ana is a very nice owner host ,can communicate well tru whats app if not there at the reception ,house walkable to anywhere ,grocery minimrt nearby ,bakery nearby a lot of dining options too would recommend to all my children and friends who will visit Dubrovnik

Excellent location in Old Town, very good communication, and clean accommodations. A bit of noise from the street, but thatā€™s to be expected given the location. Nothing earplugs didnā€™t solve. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend!

We are outraged in regard to our three-day stay. We were booked in the upstairs apartment. We were unaware that the heating was not working well. As it was not working well, the noise of the heaters was so loud we had to turn them off to sleep. Hence we were quite cold in the bedroom at night. The owner had checked the heater so we had no reason to believe there was a problem. Once the owner discovered that there was a problem with the heating, we were asked to move downstairs to a room that was a fraction of the size of the apartment that we had rented. We were not allowed to put the regular heating on. Instead, we were given a portable heater that was very noisy so we could not put it on at night, when we were sleeping. It made sleeping very difficult. We were also very cold at night, which also made sleeping difficult. We never rent rooms that are on a street because of noise but we had no choice. As we were told we needed to stay in the room downstairs, that faced a noisy terrace until 12 pm. The owner gave us late check out but since he started very early in the morning doing renovations on the upstairs apartment, we were not able to get any sleep . The owner gave us 19 percent back in compensation. We should have been far better compensation for this terrible stay. The owner ignored my concerns. We should be able to rent an apartment that works. The owner was negligent but we suffered because of their negligence.

Great stay. Steps away from Stradun and 5 minute walk through Ploce Gate. Modern interior and comfortable. Very clean. They even have a clothes line in case you want to wash a few items!

Great place homely , we were given a pent house which can be difficult for people who are taller say around 6 foot, bed room to living room has an immediate step to cross need to watch out or a safety hazard of falling down the stairs

Great location in old town. Easy access from Pile gate with no stairs for luggage. Comfortable studio apartment and gracious hosts. Some noise at night but nothing that you would not expect in a city. Definitely recommend and hope to return

Right in the middle of old town up a short set of stairs in narrow walkway. Taxi cannot take you to door so you must walk in from nearest gate and handle your own luggage. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great location with multiple dining sites to walk to nearby.
