Old town Dubrovnik- New fully renovated apartment situated inside of city walls

  • Acabamos de terminar la renovación completa de este hermoso apartamento situado dentro de las murallas de la ciudad vieja de Dubrovnik. La temporada 2019 es nuestra primera vez en el mercado. Cuenta con moderna sala de estar con ventana grande, dormitorio (ventana grande), baño y cocina equipada para preparar deliciosas comidas. El apartamento está situado en una calle tranquila. El casco antiguo no es grande, se tarda solo 10 minutos en llegar de una parte a otra. Se tarda 3 minutos en caminar hasta la calle principal Stradun, donde puedes encontrar todo, desde excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, bares, farmacia, entrada a las murallas de la ciudad ... El famoso bar Buza está a menos de 100 metros del apartamento. Allí se puede nadar, bucear en acantilados, cócteles ... El puerto viejo está a menos de 5 minutos a pie desde donde puede tomar un bote a la isla de Lokrum (10 minutos en bote), un crucero por la isla de los árboles (todo el día), St. Playa Jacob (5 minutos en bote), traslado a la ciudad cercana de Cavtat o puede alquilar un bote y disfrutar de deportes acuáticos ... El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta para explorar.

My 2 young adult daughters and I absolutely loved our stay here and are already hoping to come back and stay here again! Perfect old town location close to everything and perfectly comfortable and clean apartment. Mirija was so helpful and so kind, best host you could ask for!

A lot of stairs, uphill to the property. Did not know until the day we arrived. Almost got hand injury. Host was so nice and helpful.

This charming and spotless one-bedroom was the perfect getaway in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It’s tucked near the Buza Bar cliff jump and the Spanish Steps, with quick and easy access to the center of town.

Just an absolute gem inside city walls! The apartment has everything you might need, with a fully equipped kitchen, AC unit, washing machine, and a living room that gives you that little extra space. The location is wonderful and allows you to reach the entrance within minutes. A gorgeous space that lets you experience the local community. Our host, Mirija was extraordinary and communicated with me long before we arrived connecting us to a garage parking where we kept our rental car. We didn’t have the need to communicate with her much once we arrived since she has a folder filled with amazing tips and information about the town and its surrounding neighborhoods. She also included other great tips such as local restaurants or popular activities in the area. We highly recommend Mirija’s place! Thank you for everything, Mirija!

We loved our stay in Mirija’s old town apartment! It was cute, comfy, clean, and in a great location. The bed was cozy and large, and we really appreciated how strong the AC was after a long, hot day outside. There was a lovely espresso machine and many tea options, and a nice refrigerator to keep drinks cold. We particularly loved that there was a washing machine available to wash our swimsuits and towels after days in the ocean. The WiFi was sometimes spotty, but we didn’t go to Dubrovnik to be on the internet, so that wasn’t much of a problem. As other reviews have mentioned, the apartment is up near the top of a hill, so be ready to climb with your luggage, but Mirija offered to hire a porter for us if we wanted. We also liked that the apartment was in old town but out of the way enough of the crowds that it wasn’t too loud at night. Overall a great value and lovely stay. Would highly recommend!

Ideal location for sightseeing The Dubrovnik’s Old City and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for my spouse and me. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The wifi worked well, and the washing machine was a bonus. Everything in the Old City was only minutes away. The hostess was amazing. Prior to our arrival, she sent a video that guided us to the apartment. It was very helpful. She gave recommendations of activities in the area and arranged for transport from the airport and other tours. For English speakers, the hostess speaks English which was helpful. As we were planning our trip, she responded quickly through the VRBO app. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to spend some time in this beautiful city. If we return, it will be the first place I check for lodging.

We stayed here for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a small hob as well as an oven but we didn’t use them. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Our host Mirija helped make our stay easy. She arranged our taxis, luggage porter and trips. She met us at the apartment on arrival and departure. Her help was given in a friendly and caring way.The apartment is very central close to the town wall. Be aware there are approx 70 steps up to it. There are steps pretty well everywhere, especially when walking the wall.We loved our time here and our hostess helped make our holiday. Thank you Mirija

Great apartment

The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is great and the bathroom is clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful and set up airport transportation for us.

Great Old Town Apartment

Conveniently located apartment that puts you right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Just be prepared to carry your luggage as cars cannot enter Old Town and this property is located at the top of the steps right near the wall.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location.

Charming apartment with all we needed right in the old town! Just a few steps from the buža bar, a great place for a drink with a view. Communications with the host were great and we had no issues.

Great location and Host

We had a great introduction from Mirija to the city thru check in. She had someone to assist with bags and we loved the location in spite of the stairs. Dubrovnik is an incredible city!

This apartment was perfect, and exactly as described. It is small, but has everything you need. It was located very conveniently right by the walls of the city and close to the center of town. We were very glad to have had a porter carry our bags up to the apartment for 2 reasons; the heavy bags are hard to carry up 100 stairs, and he showed us the way!

Lovely apartment, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great, hosts were excellent! The bed was comfy and wifi worked well. As a workaround for the many stairs, we went up the stairs of shame and around to the back wall. While the amount of stairs was the same, they were much more spread out and easier to manage. Would come back anytime!
