La vue est absolument géniale Et l’emplacement est top, juste à l’entrée de la vieille ville et juste à côté de la station de bus. Dans une petite ruelle, donc au calme. L’accueil est top, arrivés un peu en avance, nous avons pu profiter de la chambre, plus tôt, le ménage étant fini. Un grand merci à notre hôte, A recommander sans modération

Excellent base in Dubrovnik

The location is perfect - just by the old town (but not in it, meaning its more calm and quiet) and with an incredible view out the window. The apartment is small but we did not need anything more for our stay. Neno was a fantastic host, meeting us for our late arrival and giving us lots of tips for Dubrovnik. Highly recommend if in need of a great base to explore Dubrovnik from.

Had the room with a view and so enjoyed seeing the fortress and the water. Room is European style so it’s not tricked out with American amenities. It is in a PERFECT location. Very close to Old Town. You can walk to everything you want to see. Nino is very friendly and helpful. Jojo’s burgers are about 50 feet away and so delicious I want another one. If you’re going to Dubrovnik to see and absorb Dubrovnik, this place will please you. If you’re going to Dubrovnik but want to feel like you are basically still in America, stay at the Hilton across the street and spend twice the money.

Room is spacious. Location is absolutely perfect, right accross from bus stop, taxi, tour place, Pile Gate, Fort and kayaking place. Next to secret small lagoon for swimming. To everyone who book accommodations inside the wall, you may face to drag your luggage across so many steps! Inside wall is full of stairs. This location is not! Just perfect. Owner is super nice!!! He explained the tourist attractions and provide maps. Highly recommended. Will be my Go to place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Well cared for property in a great location, good sized room with two beds, very clean, all for a very good price. Highly recommended for many reasons, including the gracious and caring nature of Neno who runs the property. He showed us the best ways to get around Old Town and to the beach. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants off the beaten track for good food at good prices. Even more helpful, when we needed extra time before checking out he gave us the flexibility we needed. Which was much appreciated! The location, the price, and the care Neno puts into the property and gives to his guests make this an easy choice.

My friend and I, both 20 something year old girls, stayed in the Triple room with Sea view and it was an absolute great experience. The gentleman and his wife met us at the gate, showed us around the room, showing us the Wifi password, how to use the AC, and to keep the water heater on which was our first time in Croatia not knowing that was how they work. He showed us the map of the city giving us recommendations and important locations. His wife and him were around to answer any questions, provided us beach towels. The view of the harbor was lovely and the location was so convenient. One thing to note, not about the hotel but about Old Town if you take an Uber from the bus station (since it was confusing for us to navigate) some Ubers do not pay to have access to the city and will drop you off a good distance away from the hotel and means walking down a long bit of stairs with luggage, so if they say they cannot enter it, order another uber. This was something the hotel gentleman informed us of after we got there. Lovely space 10/10 would stay there again!
