Precioso estudio en Lapad con vistas al mar.

Este encantador estudio con balcón y vistas al mar se encuentra sobre la hermosa bahía de Uvala Lapad, a 3 kilómetros del casco antiguo, aprox. 10-15 minutos en autobús. La parada de autobús está a 3 minutos a pie.

El mar y un agradable sendero para caminar junto al mar que conduce a muchas hermosas playas alrededor de toda la península de Lapad están a pocos minutos a pie. Sobre el apartamento se encuentra la hermosa reserva natural de madera de Petka, que es ideal para correr, agradables caminatas y desde allí tiene unas vistas impresionantes de la riviera de Dubrovnik.

Tanto el supermercado como la panadería están a solo 160 m, la playa de Uvala Lapad está a 250 m (arena y guijarros pequeños) y el nuevo y moderno cine 3D con 3 salas está a 200 m del apartamento.

This was a perfect place to stay for the lovely view and location. It is a quiet way to visit Dubrovnik and still be able to take in the important sites at Old Town. The host was gracious and helpful. The rental apartment very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing and eating on the balcony. The stairs down to the beach will keep you fit. With one of us having mobility issues, we also would use Uber to get around.

Lovely, cosy, well-equipped apartment within easy reach by bus or car of Dubrovnik old town. Close to a stony ‘sunset’ beach with plenty of reasonable restaurants and bars in Lapad. The hosts, Maro and Vesna are super friendly if you need any help during your stay.

Amazing location and I was able to walk to Sunset Beach and grab dinner in town. Marlo had great communication, and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We really appreciated this location as it was away from the hustle/bustle of City Walls and was a welcome place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Taking the bus into Dubrovnik for the main sites was easy, and Uber is available as well and a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Vesna and Mario were exceptional hosts we received excellent restaurant recommendations and Mario explained the bus line, attractions, places to buy groceries and short cuts for walking. The balcony overlooks the sea and the view is spectacular. We will definitely like to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce studio avec vue mer ! L’accueil était très sympathique avec beaucoup d’informations et de recommandations ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour notre séjour. What a wonderful stay at Apartment Julia Apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly situated to the beach and town for meals. I walked the promenade each evening and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy fresh seafood. I sat on the balcony and enjoyed stunning views of the Adriatic. It was an easy Uber Ride to Dubrovnik where one morning I walked the wall followed by a day at Lokrum Island. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible. The hospitality they provided was excellent and I’ll be forever thankful for the many kindnesses they extended to me. They made my stay extra special.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in diesem Appartement, die Lage in Lapad ist super, die öPNV Anbindung in die Altstadt ist sehr gut. Zum erstem Mal fehlte aber auch gar nichts an der modernen Küchenausstattung, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühleinheit, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und alle Verbrauchsmittel sind reichlich vorhanden, regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel, Komplettreinigung mit Bettwäschewechsel nach sieben Tagen. Das Gastgeberpaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, speziell Maro war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik ist dieses Appartement sicher die erste Wahl

We had a great stay in this apartment. The balcony had an amazing view and it was great to be so close to the beach and the bus stop. It was very easy to take the bus into the old town. Communication was very clear and they kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

The apartment has everything you need and Vesna & Maro do all they can to make you welcome and ensure your stay is happy. Vesna even shared with us some delicious tiramisu she had made! The apartment is well equipped and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

Relaxing location and extremely comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean, in a fantastic location and well equipped. Having the bonus of a balcony overlooking Lapad enhanced the whole stay. Maro and Vesna were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend if you want to stay out of the business of the old town but wth access to it on the local bus.

Be in good physical shape if you’re going to stay here. To get to shops, restaurants, transportation or the beach there’s a long steep stairway. Otherwise call a taxi or Uber to pick you up.

Everything was wonderful, from a lovely greeting and orientation from our hosts and treats provided the first evening when we arrived. The view from the patio is beautiful, the beaches so close and a great park behind the place. The space was perfect for a couple and hosts were so friendly and helpful. 5 star recommendation.

The studio apartment what exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and very well kept. The best part of this are the hosts. You will never find a family who is willing to do as much as they do for their customers. I arrived sick with my daughter and Maro went above and beyond to accommodate us by picking up groceries, dinner and medicine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made our stay absolutely perfect.

Es war unsere wundervolle Reise nach Dubrovnik. Unsere Apartments befinden sich in Lapad mit Meerblick. Für zwei Personen, sehr komfortabl, sauber, alles vorhanden, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer. Ich möchte mich bei Vesna und Maro bedanken, sie sind sehr offen und freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Incredible views over the main Lapad beach and easy accessibility into the restaurants and bars as well as Dubrovnik via bus. The apartment was very well equipped and well kept. Maro and Vesna were extremely helpful and attentive.

Great property on the Lapad peninsula!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The apartment was very clean, the hot water didn't run out during an average length shower (an issue at other properties we stayed at in Croatia), the location is great (very close to a great public beach) and the rest of what Dubrovnik has to offer was within an 6-15 minute car ride or an 8-30 minute walk. We would stay here again!

Breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea & Amazing apartment!

We fell in love with this place the moment we entered and saw the lovely view overlooking the city and Adriatic Sea! The space was just right for the two of us with every amenity imaginable provided. Our hosts gave us a beer when we arrived, had their local made Rakia drinks in the fridge for us and even made us pancakes for Sunday breakfast! They gave us many helpful tips of where to go and how to navigate our sightseeing with such a welcoming air of kindness and friendliness. They are the epitome of Croatian hospitality we have heard about! We hope to come again and enjoy this magical place.
