Two bedroom House Marija with an amazing Old Town view

  • Recently renovated two bedroom house with a beautiful garden full of roses and other flowers and with an amazing view of Old Town of Dubrovnik. It's garden is perfect to enjoy dining outside or enjoying a glass of wine and reading your favorite book!

    Old Town with a number of great restaurants, museums, places to visit, as well as 2 very nice beaches (beach Banje and Sulic) are all within 10 minutes walk.

    House Marija consists of 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom and other that can either be set as double, or as a twin bedroom (please let us know your wished how to set it before arriving), living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, terraces with a big stone table and gorgeous garden with another table and two sun loungers.

    Amenities include: high speed WI-FI, Sat TV, Air-Con (both bedrooms), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter coffee), fridge/freezer...

We hebben genoten van de prachtige tuin en het fantastische uitzicht op de old town. De trappen naar beneden brengen je direct naar het centrum van de old town waar van alles te zien en te doen is. Meerdere stranden op loopafstand dus een heerlijke vakantieplek. De accomodatie is perfect, groter dan we dachten en heel sfeervol. Prima om met een gezin te verblijven. Keuken was ook prima, alles was er om goed te kunnen koken en eten in een hele gezellige keuken.

The property is well located relative to the old city center and it has a great view of the city. It is a bit of a walk, but well worth it. The outside patio is great for hanging out and enjoying a beverage. The apartment has everything you would need for any length of stay.

Gorgeous views of Dubrovnik! Our family of four had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the garden which has a fabulous view of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The apartment is just outside the city walls, so be prepared for lots of stairs!

Maro and Vesna were very helpful and accommodating hosts. The property had an amazing view of Dubrovnik old town and we particularly enjoyed eating our breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine. Easy walking distance into the old town, but be warned it involves a lot of steps so make sure to have lots of energy!

Well, the pictures are beautiful and do match the description however they neglect to mention that there is a very steep, uneven, horribly paid service that is not at all accessible for elderly people or people with any mobility issues. We contacted the host when we realize it was a problem, before we arrived there, however they refused to give a refund or make that accommodation for us, as my 83-year-old father is mobility limited, and it was inaccessible to him. Furthermore, the host was verbally, aggressive, and argumentative to the point where I did not feel comfortable talking to him.

A lovely week relaxing and enjoying the town and surrounding area . As we are of a certain age we took the steps down ( doable gently and got a taco back .Lovely views .Recommended.

Great location, host was nice and friendly. Highly recommend this for those that want space and to be close to old town. Great to have your own kitchen and the view was fantastic. Visited by a few local cats. For US travelers air conditioning doesn't exactly cool the entire space but bedrooms are nice and very comfortable.

The perfect place to stay if visting Dubrovnik. The apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms are big, much more spacious than the photos suggest. The garden area is beautiful with the most amazing view, it was perfect for relaxing after exploting the old city. The walk to the old city is a lot of stairs but it was ok for us. It was quiet and peaceful.

The property was beautiful. Grape vine trellis's covered much of the area with dappled shade. The view was astonishing, directly over Old Town. The setting was so nice, we actually spent one whole day at the VRBO just taking it all in. Two well stocked markets and a great restaurant; TaTa's was a short walk away. The apartment itself is very tidy, with a unique layout, which we loved.

Fantastic location and characterful place

We really loved our stay and the apartment was just fab! The location was fantastic with the most gorgeous views over the old town and lovely area to sit out in. The apartment had lots of character too! Thanks for helping us with the transfer to the airport too, really helpful!

Fabulous adventure

Lovely views, spacious apartment, loved the historic details plus the updated bedrooms and bath. So long as you are in shape for the stairs highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was a quiet gem in a busy city.The owners were super friendly and helpful.The view is breath taking, and the outside area is delightful.The walk back to the apartment is not for the faint hearted as there are so many steps!

Amazing experience

My teenagers and I stayed at House Marija for a few days and explored Dubrovnik. The house is set in a great location. It boasts stunning views and is a 5 minute walk into the town but at the same time is very peaceful. My teenagers felt very at home! The owners go above and beyond to help you throughout your stay. Wonderful memories made that will stay with us forever, thank you.

Great location

I recently stayed at this quaint home offers amazing views, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Old Town, ferries, and hiking trails. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
