En skøn oase i en turistramt heksekedel

Skøn by-villa midt inde i den gamle bydel af Dubrovnik. Det er pudsigt at vi var der i en travl juli måned med MANGE mennesker i gaderne, men når vi lukkede døren ind til Villa Mirabilis var der helt stille, køligt og fredeligt. SKØNT sted !

Absolutely wonderful apartment in the middle of the Old City. Perfect for our 3 nights in Dubrovnik with wife and two adult children. Living room on top floor was perfect to unwind after sightseeing all day. Middle floor has two bedrooms that are very comfortable. Bottom floor had wine cellar fully stocked with local wine. Also, washing machine was a welcome amenity as we all needed to wash some clothing after 10 days in Europe. Highly recommend this apartment.

This is a gem in crazy Dubrovnik. Everything about this house is high quality, the furniture the artwork, the beds and linen .... Its isolated from the hussle and bussle but easy to access the sights and all the bars etc. Nikolena was so helpful with our stay and assisting with Porters for the luggage. Note there are many many stairs to climb in Dubrovnik and in the house too. So if you have lots of luggage you are likely to need help.

Amazing property, great location!

The property is amazing! A wine cellar, a terrace... all inside the old town. Superb location and entertaining spaces. I would highly recommend the villa and would say again when in Dubrovnik. Do be warned that as it is in the old town it is a bit far from the main road so (with luggage) it is a quite a walk and there are many steps! I would hire a luggage service next time.

We received very clear and detailed communications from our host (Nicholina) prior to arriving to Dubrovnik.. She met us just inside the gate of the old city and escorted us to our apartment. She shared all of the details of the apartment and provided very helpful information on restaurants . and recommendations on sites to visit The apartment was absolutely lovely! Very well equipped : all of the amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, and fantastic living room space to relax at the end of the day Perfect for 4 adults the small outdoor patio space with a view up to the mountain was also great place to unwind after a day in the old town. I would highly recommend !

Aivan ihana vanha rakennus! Erittäin siisti ja tilava, hienosti remontoitu, hyvät sängyt. Omasta terassista iso plussa. Keväällä vielä melko viileää sisällä kivitalossa, ilmastointi ei lämmittänyt. Todella avulias henkilökunta.

Wow, we were pleasantly surprised to see how amazing this place was, right next to the “Wall of Shame” from GoT steps and an easy walk from the gate . Here are some of the highlights : - The agent , Nikolina , was so friendly and helpful . She walked in 90 degree weather to find us and took us to the place , she spent an hour answering our questions and showing us the place - The villa was built in 1400s and there is no way to describe how magical it is - very spacious 3 story villa with a balcony and a great view - Laundry machine , great kitchen with espresso machine , 2 bathrooms with shower , comfortable beds - 3 air conditions - a few steps from the Wall of Shame - very close to the Market (2 min walk) - beautiful family room with lots of seating -cable TV And most importantly quiet but in the center of the old town Nikolina even helped us buy our tickets to Split and offered her help if we needed it , what an amazing agent!

The perfect Villa in Old Town. Friends had warned it may be really noisy, but this property was not! It was fantastic and Nikolina was incredibly helpful.

Hyvä huoneisto keskeisellä paikalla.

Aluksi ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa ja huoneistossa oli varsin kuuma. Yhteyshenkilö Nikolina hoiti kuitenkin tilanteen hienosti ja sai huoltomiehet paikalle ja ilmastoinnin kuntoon. Villan sijanti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia on erinomainen, perille on kuitenkin varsin paljon portaita - eli ei sovi huonojalkaiselle. Kaiken kaikkiaan hieno Villa.

Unique Villa, but many steps!

Pluses: it's a whole villa in a medieval building. Wine cellar and a bathroom on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, and the living room on the third floor. Minuses: it's 42 rather steep steps from the entrance to the living room. If you are elderly, you'll not make that trek. I also wished that the place was in a little bit better condition - there were remnants of construction materials on the first floor. Also - only two beds, so it's not good for a family with more than one child. Overall - a very interesting and unique accommodation, but not for everyone. The manager was very lovely and helpful.

Vaste appartement très bien restauré, en plein centre de la vieille ville mais dans une toute petite rue où ne passe pas un touriste. Donc calme absolu. Vous pouvez même dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Lits très confortables. Attention que la maison est sur 3 étages et qu'il y a beaucoup de marches à monter/descendre. Un grand merci à Nikolina pour son support et sa gentillesse durant toute la semaine.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location. This is an "upside-down" house (living areas on top floor, bedrooms on middle floor, bathroom and cellar/dining room on bottom with the entrance hall). The location of the property is great for a stay in Dubrovnik. The flat managers were really welcoming, and great at communicating and helping with our arrival and transfer from the airport right to the property. They speak great English too, so there will be no problems for English or Croatian speakers in in making arrangements or sorting out arrival information over the phone. We were told there had been an issue with a severe rain storm on the night prior to our arrival, and they'd worked hard from early in the day to make sure it wasn't an issue for us (if they hadn't told us I'm not sure we'd have noticed - all that remained was minor paint damage around a skylight). Really good service, and like everyone in Dubrovnik, very friendly!

Comfortable two bedroomed apartment

In an ideal position to explore the old city, everything within walking distance. Whole area is pedestrian only, therefore no traffic noise. The apartment is quiet, very comfortable with a nice small terrace. Quite a lot of stairs!

Great

Great location in the old town, minutes from anywhere you want to go within the walls. Great accommodation over three floors with everything you need. Great team handling the property, who are very helpful. Only gripe might be that it would benefit from padding above the third step due to low ceiling but it’s ok so long as you remember it!

구시가 메인 광장과 굉장히 가까움

구시가 내의 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 단지 계단을 좀 올라가야 해서 무거운 짐이 있거나 하면 비추. 근데 구시가내 계단 안올라고 갈 수 있는 집이 거의 없을거 같네요

In the middle of everything

The best thing about it was it was your own private home in middle of old town! Our contact, Nikolina, was very professional and provided us with great service and recommendations. The only thing (and this is no fault of theirs), was we werent prepared for the fact that there will be no clean-up service (as in a regular hotel), so you can imagine after 4 days - the trash started to pile up and we had to clean up like we do back at home. Also, one of the bathrooms was clogged so we could only use the bathroom downstairs for a shower. Other than that, they had everything you needed (coffee machine, utensils, blankets, iron, hair dryer etc. The view from the balcony was nice and you got the feeling that you actually live there. Great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Oh, and extremely close to Buza Bar. Overall, recommended as long as you are not looking for service like offered in a hotel (concierge etc). Good for families with kids.

Stunning Villa in Old Town Dubrovnik

This villa is amazing. This is a three floor villa in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. The place was stunningly beautiful and spacious. Our host, Nikolina, was very helpful, very responsive, and made accommodations for all our needs. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and will most certainly book here again should our travels take us back to Dubrovnik.

辿り着くまでの詳しい説明が必要な所でした！

三階立ての建物に部屋２つでリビングも広かったので家族５人でゆったり過ごせることが出来て良かったです！ しかし車が入れない所で駐車場からとても遠いし、階段が多いことがここには書いてなかったから全然分からずに行ったので沢山の荷物を手に持ってその場所まで辿り着くのにとても苦労しました！そのことを覚悟して行くと良いと思います❗
