  • This historic townhome is situated within walking distance to Steeple Square and the Millwork district. Within 2 blocks there are 5 restaurants, a library and park. Full kitchen plus dining room. Off street parking. Farmers Market is right outside your front door during season! Back fenced in courtyard is perfect for grilling out and a cold beverage! Loras , Clarke and University of Dubuque within 3 miles of the home. There are stairs leading to all of the bedrooms so keep that in mind!

Overall, it was a nice place. The only issues we had with the home was the moldy smell, and the rugs need to be updated.

We loved it here , very well stocked with items , very close to farmers market , close to bars and restaurants , clean ! Nice private back patio area , loved sitting out front as well . Nice baths and bedrooms , we will definitely stay here again

First time in Dubuque and pleasantly surprised by the history here. The place was so close to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was such a special treat after days of being out and about. Would love to stay again!

Such a charming property in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were there for a Saturday farmer’s market which was less than a half block away. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, and it was so convenient having a bathroom with a shower for each bedroom.

The property was perfect for our group. The location was great, the decor was lovely. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating. Hot tub also great! DVD player is missing the hdmi cord so we couldn’t get any sound. The parking in the lot across the street is free on the weekends. Farmers market starts early on Saturday and you will hear the setup/performers at the stage.

Lovely home with two big bedrooms and one a little smaller, clean and spacious bathrooms, and cozy lounge space with a large TV. It suited our needs perfectly for our trip. The hot tub was great and really nice on the cold days. We had a great stay. Thanks so much!

Clean rooms, nice communal areas for family to hang out. It is a townhouse so there are stairs to the sleeping quarters. Host was very helpful, and we had a great time.

Great location, perfect spot for a weekend away with girlfriends. We were able to walk to multiple places and loved the farmers market right outside the house. All 3 beds were cozy and it was nice to have multiple full bathrooms. The host was very responsive when I needed to ask and even came through when I had a special request. Would stay here again when visiting this area!

Great location / amazing bedding

This place was fabulous. Great location and price. The bedding was some of the best I’ve ever had at a VRBO. The hot tub was wonderful in the backyard. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Super cute and comfortable!

We really enjoyed this property. The decor is amazing, and the creature comforts are appreciated. Very nice bedding, towels, and other incidentals made the stay easy and relaxing. We enjoyed a tasty lunch at the Barrel House. Highly recommend!

Location near farmers market and down town was so fun. The house is beautifully decorated and the jacuzzi is a plus. The king bed on 2nd floor was not that comfortable, but other beds were very nice. We will definitely return.

Friends Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick getaway to Dubuque with friends. We were able to easily get around to a lot of local spots on foot, great location. The house has a lot of cool quirks and flare. Back patio with hot tub was a fun bonus and the front porch was great for a morning cup of coffee!

We've stayed here now three years in a row for a big basketball tourney we attend at University of Dubuque. We love it!
