Stayed with my husband. Overall, we liked the cabin but had a few dislikes that may have been avoided if I had paid closer attention to the pictures. I didn't receive the check in email from VBRO so I contacted the host and she was very quick about responding, which was great because we didn't get cell service closer to the cabin. The place felt very cozy and clean. The showers are great and are designed very well. They had hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen sink was enormous, which was good because there is no dishwasher so you have to hand wash the dishes - something I should have noticed from the pictures. Another thing I thought maybe they didn't get a picture of was the dressers in the bedrooms. There aren't any, so you don't have a place to unpack your suitcase. There are some hangars provided and some shelves in the closets but those were already full of blankets, and there is no light in the closet to see what is on the shelves. Luckily it was just the two of us so we used the second bed to put our clothes that would have gone in dresser drawers. There aren't nightstands with lamps in the bedroom, just small tables that fit a few items. The doors to the bathrooms from the bedrooms are barn doors, so they don't really close all the way and are not a favorite if you want 100% privacy from the bedroom to do your business. Washer and dryer were a big plus, and condiments were available in the fridge. Perfect location to all the parks we went to!
