    Alpine Forest Lodge está ubicado en Aspens and Pines en el pueblo de montaña de Duck Creek. We had 26 people in our party. The property was close to several of the state parks where we had an incredible experience. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. We had a great time.

Great place to have the entire family together AND have your own bathroom! Danelle & family have done a fabulous job improving the property & was very quick to answer any questions we had. The kids (and adults) had a blast playing in the yard, walking to the ice cream shop, etc THANK YOU

Had a great time, cabin was warm and clean. Owners were really nice and helpful. Easy to get to. Great parking.

Inside was clean but the exterior needed some work. Overall it was the perfect location for our family reunion.

XMas 2022 Stay

Lodge was wonderful and fit all 12 of my family members. The fridge and stove needed to be replace but the owner was quick to replace them both. Great distance to amenities and an overall great stay with the family.

Loved it! Worked well for our big group with so many different ages. It wasn’t quite as mountain lodge as we expected being nestled on the “main” street between other cabins and an ATV rental. But still we had a great time. We loved Mammoth Cave and Danelle was so personal and helpful. She even took our family picture!!!

Great Place

We loved having a space big enough for our large family reunion. Having a bedroom and bathroom for every adult couple was wonderful. We used the space outside for a couple of tents and enjoyed the deck and chairs in the evenings. We didn't have a problem with other nearby guests, but be aware that there are other dwellings very near and the back grassy area is shared. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Mountain Winter Retreat

The Alpine Forest Lodge is nestled in a beautiful community that is perfect for a group to relax away from the city. It allows families and friends to spend some quality time in God's creation. The Lodge was nice and warm. In the winter, the large windows allowed parents to watch their kids play in the snow from the warmth of the Lodge. The location was not too far from Brian Head Resort as well. Charles and Laureen were great hosts and we hope to visit again.

The location is great. Close to everything. The place is large and can accommate large groups. The place does need lots of attention. The main bedroom is used as a storage room for the cabin. It had lots of shelfs but were 100% intentionally used for towels, rugs, etc., things that are not even needed. There was absolutely no room for guests' clothing. Everything on the shelves needs to be thrown away. The pantry was loaded with junk, again no room for our food. Common comments were this entire place is used as a storage shed with no room for the guests. The fridges and freezer are old and were not working properly. They need to be replaced. The shelves in the laundry room were also loaded with junk so no room for the stuff needed. To get the place ready for use, it will take someone with organizational skills and several truck loads of junk to be taken to the dumps. Then, the master bedroom will become functional, the pantry will have room for guests' food, and the laundry room will be serviceable. To me, the cabin is far from being ready to be rented. It needs new appliances, new drapes that work, new furniture that is not broken or torn, new mattresses, which are very old. We had fun, but the place is a mess.

A work in progress

The Host explained to us that she just recently took the property over and was working on it as she could. It could use a good deep cleaning but nothing terrible. The back yard is shared and needs a little work. My family had a great time and we would stay there again.

This property was not as described. No grass just weeds and rocks, no water pressure for showers or toilets to flush, very dirty with urine on bathroom floors, snot & blood smeared on walls and mattresses with no mattress protectors and large urine spots. BBQ not usable, full of grease with bottoms rusted out (major fire hazard). Tackless strips exposed so not good for small kids. Carpeting old, worn, and dirty (black socks from walking around) Dust, grime, and filth everywhere. In no way would I recommend this to families with any standard of hygiene or that want grass areas for kids to be in. Owner of home came to house to sell items to us (jewelry she makes) yet did nothing when we told them of all the issues. When massaging host, they just said we should have seen the place before they took over and it is a lot better than it was a couple years ago. This does not help us. It is very sad this is being advertised on Vrbo and so grossly misrepresented. I have a hard time believing other reviews are not family or friends. There is no way anyone with any standards would stay here and leave a positive review of this property.
