“I realize this is a cabin in the woods and things happen. Like the ants in the kitchen and equipment failure (like the microwave that sparked if you tried to use it). But the property itself lacked care: rotted wood on porch unkempt landscaping, broken slat in window blind. I did appreciate the washer and dryer after five days there, though. Tyler was prompt in responding to my issues but there was little he could do other than alert his staff. ”

However, one bedroom is the living room and another is the loft. It was difficult not having private spaces with doors for the children in those 2 rooms.”

“We stayed in this cozy cabin with our family of four. Perfect size and right on the river. Unfortunately we were hoping for some good fishing but the river was high due to rains the week before. We did enjoy the Elk River Trails nearby and a beautiful drive down to Fayetteville. Ashley responded very quickly and was easy to stay in touch with. The neighbor was very nice and helped out if we needed anything. We didn’t have animals but know they are allowed here. The cabin could be cleaned more...

“First, Brian was a great host and had the place set up perfectly. Everything you need like kitchen stuff, grills, fire wood, towels,etc. was there without the need to ask. He was flexible and stayed in immediate contact. The place is definitely out on its own but within 5 minutes you could be in Sutton to get essentials. Restaurants and groceries were less than 15 minutes away. For those that don’t know the area, it is just off I79 so very convenient to get in and out of. Enjoyed my week...
