The space:

On the ground floor, there are fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas with AC, family bathroom No.1 with dryer, and Bedroom No.1 with double bed, TV, and AC.
On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom No.2 is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom No. 2 with a tub, there is also a walk-in closet, TV, AC, and private balcony with a sea view. Bedroom No.3 is with double bed, TV, AC, and mountain view. Next to it is a family bathroom No.3 with a walk-in shower. On the same floor is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
On the 2nd floor is a private gym equipped with a spinning bike, bench, weights, battle rope, ab wheel rollout, and other equipment. There is also a TV connected to the surround system and a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and AC.

Holiday house Amaris is located in a small place Orij Jesenice, perfect for family vacation.
In it's vicinity are several beach bars and nice pizza places and tavernas, and grocery stores (2 to 15 minutes on foot).
Location is between 2 big cities - Split and Omiš.
Center of hystoric city Split is 20 km to the west, where you can enjoy sightseeing, famous Diocletian's palace, great restaurants, or night clubs and shopping malls. You can take a ferry to any of the islands across the Split and Omiš.
5 km to the east is old town of Omiš famous for the mouth of the river Cetina. You can enjoy there in sightseeing, walking to fortresses and learning about pirat history, try many restaurants and shops, sandy beach, or go for more adventurous rafting, kayaking, mountain climbing, zip line...

There are frequent 2 bus lines that connect these two cities with Orij Jesenice all day till midnight.
