STUNNING VILLA SOFIA WITH HEATED POOL IN SPLIT HINTERLAND

This beautiful villa with a large pool is situated in the hinterland of Split (UNESCO), Dalmatia's metropolis, in a small place called „Dugopolje“. With somewhat over 3400 residents, in this place you can find yourself some piece and relaxation. For people who like an active vacation there are numerous hiking and cycling tracks, as well as climbing the Mosor mountain, visiting the Vranjača cave, the Clissa fortress or antient Salona's ruins and river-rafting on Cetina. In the business centre of Dugopolje you can find stores like Nike, Adidas or Calzedonia which are even opened on Sundays. Only the Mosor mountain separates us from the Adriatic sea coastline; it takes only 15 minutes of driving to be on one of many beautiful beaches of Split. It is also near cities of Trogir, Omiš and Šibenik; you can visit the Krka national park which is easily accessible by the A1 highway.

The Space

Villa Sofia is set independently within it`s own lawned garden (1.100m2) and large swimming pool,(30m2 ), amongst peaceful countryside, nestled between a quiet idyllic green hills which offers a chance to relax and connect with nature. For those who want to be always on the move, the surrounding countryside provides a great venue for hiking and biking.

Villa itself has a two wings separated with summer kitchen, each wing is completely independent, fully air- conditioned, completely equipped with all amenities you might need during your holiday, all together can accommodate 11 people.
Summer kitchen is ideal for BBQ dinners „Al fressco“ and large familiy gathering.
The right villa wing on the ground floor has bathroom, kitchen-dining-living area with direct aces to the terrace by the pool with lounge furniture. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each one with balcony and one bedroom for 3 person.
The left wing on the ground floor has a kitchen, living area with double sofa bed, one bathroom and one double „en suite“ bedroom, ideal for disabled people.
There is also a little gym.
On the on the first floor there is a two single bed bedroom, and a playroom with amusement games ( PlayStation4...).
From the play room you entering the two terraces, one with wooden floor and JACUZZI and other is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a view on a sunset and idyllic green hills.
Respecting villas site, each space here is positioned to share unique view of the pool and nature sights. There is a large parking space for more than 8 cars.
