Known as the ‘Pearl of the Lake’, come and discover a charming little lakeside village where the spectacular views are matched only by the friendliness of its residents!
The flat is ideally situated: the lake is 150m away, with bike hire, an outdoor bar, a cycle path and a mini-market just 50m away!
Duingt’s two beaches are just a few hundred metres away.

The accommodation is very well equipped: high-speed Wi-Fi and HD TV in the living room, an espresso machine, a raclette machine...
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds.
You can leave the car behind during your stay; everything is within easy reach on foot or by bike!
Shared car park + underground parking space.

Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment; this is a non-smoking property.
The property is located on the first floor with no lift.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the communal car park.


Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the property is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the property is not being occupied that same evening.
