The staff cannot be more caring and polite. Every aspect of the hotel is properly taken care of. Easy and convenient to reach by car, on a quiet neighbourhood. ”

“The reception was good, the people in charge AMAZING I would just suggest paying attention to the details like I was given an empty box which should have had personal cleaning stuff inside and the tissues box was also almost empty. Also the TV didn't have Netflix as suggested (I think due to the WiFi signal strength) but these are minor things I could have fixed just by asking. Breakfast was good and location for public transportation too. For Essen Messe the location isn't fast to get to unless...
