  • Incredible views of Lake Superior, Canal Park, and the Aerial Lift Bridge. 4 bedroom/3 bath, fully furnished penthouse with parking ramp directly across the street. The Borealis House (formerly known as Blacklist Suites) is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk.

    This open and accommodating penthouse with a rooftop deck and four season room overlooks Lake Superior and Canal Park. The roof top deck provides a great space to enjoy a sunny Duluth day and your favorite beverage. The condo has been completely redone (2019) and all furnishings and appliances are brand new. This unit is 100% dedicated to VRBO stays so you never have the feel that you're staying in someone else's home. This is a top floor unit and has a private and secure elevator to the suite. Two rooms have King beds, one room has a queen bed, and one bedroom has a twin bed and full bed. (No bunks!)

Perfect location and wonderful accommodation for a family group.. lots of private space. The downstairs bakery a breakfast bonus. Host was amazing!

We had fun watching barges coming in and out of the harbor, but more than that we enjoyed the space to get together and enjoy the company. Loved the fireplace.

This condo is amazing! It was perfect for us (5 women on a “girls trip”) trip to Duluth. The condo is furnished with comfortable and interesting furniture, great kitchen appliances, good beds and very clean (no chemical cleaning scents!). The location was perfect for our activities. Free parking. Communication with Alisha was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend staying there!

Great location/host

We had a great stay at this property - check-in process was straightforward, and the interior was true to the photos. There was plenty of space to host the whole family. We loved our private patio on top with a great view of the lake, the great bakery on the first floor (and coffee shop across the street), and the property’s proximity to Canal Park.

Amazing stay in heart of Duluth

This place was amazing. Stayed here for grandmas weekend. The best part was waking up to the amazing aromas of Duluth’s Best bread every morning. Very spacious. Easy to walk to everywhere. Beautiful views.

Beautiful property! Great location!

We had a great time. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to canal park. Coffee shop/ bakery in the building. Close to the north shore and the west Duluth night life.

Excellent property! Spacious with everything you need. We loved the location as it was walkable to many of the things we wanted to do. The property also comes with two parking passes for the lot next door that made it easy for us to come and go. Highly recommend!

This was a very comfortable place to stay for a visit to Duluth. It is in a great location and has plenty of room for a large group. We only had 3, but the apartment could accomdate many more. Many things are available within walking distance. Everyone should experience living above a functioning bakery. Wow, what a smell to behold. My only concern was that it was on the pricey side. Glad we were only there for 2 days. It will be remembered and our host, Alecia, was great.

As advertised

Everything was exactly how we imagined it to be, and exceeded expectations. Had a group in town for a long weekend, and would stay here again. It’s close to everything, and as a downtown area it can also attract some “strange” people to the area. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed at this spacious condo with four friends. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! Alicia was helpful and responded quickly. The space was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything a traveler needs. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk! I will definitely be staying again!

Everything we wanted and needed

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a gorgeous flat and the host thought of every thing, even down to the toliet paper! No single ply here! ! We will definitely stay here again. All the comforts of home and better.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place that multiple family members could stay together and where we could host a dinner for our soon to be son in law and his family. This place checked all those boxes and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning place, clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive to messages as well. Definitely will be back for future family events.
