The property was as advertised. It had plenty of space for our family trip. Loved the location. Very relaxing. The property had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, spacious home with lots of beds. We appreciated how secluded and private the home is. We enjoyed the fire table on the deck, the fireplace, and the sauna. Great communication!

The Duluth Cottage was a great choice for our 3 generation family reunion. Plenty of room for the kids to run and space for family meals. Kitchen had everything you needed, very well stocked. Beds were comfy too. Location was great, close to Duluth but on a dirt road in the country. Really felt like you were far away from the city. Morgan was great with communication. Would stay again at the Duluth Cottage.

Morgan was very responsive. We loved the large, beautiful yard. The cabin fit our family needs perfectly. The owners had thought of pretty much everything. Even had skewers for s'mores.Especially appreciated all the baby gates so that our 18 month old grandson could wander freely in the house and on the porch. The 8 and 11 year olds loved the loft.

We had an absolutely perfect weekend here for a joint bachelorette party! The house was fantastic! The space was plenty big enough for our entire group to spread out and stay comfortable without ever feeling cramped.A few highlights from our stay:The Location: Super close to downtown Duluth, making it incredibly easy to get out and enjoy the city.The Amenities: The fire pit was a huge hit for winding down and hanging out together in evenings. The sauna was also the best sauna I had ever used. So relaxing especially when it got a little chilly.Everything about the property made our weekend seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great group getaway in Duluth!

Our stay was delightful!! The rooms and beds were cozy, with lots of space for games and movies. The kitchen was updated and clean, and perfect for our needs.

The property was excellent and just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grandkids had a great time hanging out in the sauna. The fire pit was perfect to sit around for evening fires and they provided plenty of fire wood. We brought our own portable volleyball net and the family had a great time playing volleyball. The host was very prompt in answering any questions. We really liked how quite the location was and being on the north end of Duluth was great as it was quick 35 min drive to Gooseberry Falls. All the kids and grandkids enjoyed exploring the falls and we a great family weekend on the property!!
