We normally always love staying at the seawind and come each year, but this year we had nothing but problems with the door. This may seem minor but when you can’t get in to the condo that you rented and paid thousands of dollars for and are stuck out in the heat and Management does nothing about it, it is not a good experience. We were told that management would call us several times and they never did. We had to be let in by the security guard. liquid life who manages the property has done very little about any type of refund. Kept being told that it was part of HOA securities problem however we feel this is something that the owner should address if that’s the case and issue some type of refund. I was told that liquid life would be reaching out to them, but I’m not going to hold my breath. Very poor management. Very poor management of situation and for that alone, made it a terrible experience
