We really enjoyed our stay here last week! The rental company was very helpful and had great instructions and an easy 24/7 number to text with any questions or needs. The condo itself was great - you can tell it's new and it was incredibly clean and comfy. You can't beat the location - we loved sitting outside and watching the bridge while enjoying a card game and beverage. We will definitely be back!

Fun by the bridge

Great location, easy walking to Canal Park and a beach. Fun to watch the ships coming and going from Duluth. Well equipped condo with all the supplies you need. Very clean, well laid out. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and the place was spotless! Great views of the ships coming in. Had great amenities and almost everything we needed. Definitely bring lighter sleepwear as the comforters are warm! Will definitely be back!

Great location

We enjoyed watching the boats pass under the bridge from our patio! We were also able to get by with walking just about everywhere with the proximity to Canal Park. I thought the place was very nice and family-friendly.

Beautifully appointed place within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Canal Park. You are literally steps away from the lift bridge and we were able to watch 4 large ships pass through during our short stay. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this location! We were in Duluth on our way back from a few days going up along the North Shore. We would definitely try to stay here again. It appears that we might be one of the first visitors to this new location. As we all know with new construction, there is always a few things that one needs to work out the bugs……Here is our feedback. The microwave breaker kept going off, so couldn’t use the microwave to heat up water. The water pressure in the walk in shower is so strong that in spite of our efforts, we still had water coming out onto the floor. Perhaps a more flexible shower curtain liner might help. We didn’t use the stove so don’t know if there is any issue with it. We would also suggest the possibilities of installing dimmer switches on some of the lights. We loved the layout and the furnishings. Very nice to provide some coffee, dishwashing pods and washing machine pods. While we didn’t use the washer/dryer, very nice inclusion.There were no instructions on what to do with the trash, so we left it in the unit. We did start the dishwasher prior to leaving. We rent some property, so we are always grateful for feedback that gives us info on how to make one’s stay better.

Great Property

The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was easy to walk over the bridge to Canal Park and close to the beaches. It had a great layout and ease of entry/movement for a person in our group that uses a walker. It was very comfortable. It really made our stay in Duluth memorable.
