It was an amazing stay at Shore View Haven! The location was great, close to attractions and restaurants while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The space was clean and very comfortable.. The host was responsive, and check-in was easy. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The property was very clean, relatively easy to find, and check in/out was very easy. The location was within walking distance of a handful of restaurants and close to Canal Park area and had a nice view of Lake Superior. The property is in the heart of downtown, and overlooked the interstate as well so interstate traffic and the nearby hospital were loud enough to notice but weren’t too disruptive, just something to be aware of. The shared wall with the adjacent property seemed pretty thin, as we could clearly hear the people staying next door at times. We did have issues with parking at the property (it seemed people from neighboring businesses were parked in the reserved spots) and when contacting the property manager, we weren’t very satisfied with the response we received. Overall, the property met our needs and we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor issues.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable. We requested ice cube trays the first day we were there because there were none in the freezer or unit and there was no ice cube maker in the freezer. The trays finally arrived sometime on the day before our check out despite numerous text messages telling us they were on the way. This was a simple request that became very frustrating after several days. Otherwise things were fine and the unit is clean and attractive.

We were Totally Amazed with the set up! It was so clean and spacious! Decks to set and watch the boats and ships with an Awesome view! Communication was very done too! Only set back was the traffic noise while setting on the decks. But when the the doors were shut it was a nice peaceful sleep! Will diffently use and recommend again!

Awesome Accommodation for Grandma's Marathon Weekend

This property is a clean and updated property in the heart of downtown with easy access to the marathon course and all of the related festivities. Great communication and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, lovely view. Thoughtful amenities such as salt pepper and coffee. Comfortable beds nice linens. Was not impressed with customer service. We contacted them asking for early checkin. No one ever called back. Also had trouble opening the door. Apparently this had been reportedly previously and not been fixed before we arrived.the combinayion door. Took

Beautiful Cozy Place

This apartment was super cute, comfy and cozy. The location was not bad, right next to the water and close around to places where you don't need to drive to sight see/spend some time outdoors. For the price, it was super clean and I felt safe staying here alone (female) for almost an entire week! Will definitely look to book again on my next visit!

Great weekend getaway!

This was a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway with a partner! The main space was cozy, it felt safe in a downtown area, and we loved the pretty view! Host is communicative and helpful. The place was very clean, besides a few makeup stains from previous guests on a pillow and towel. Still, I recommend!

Amazing stay!! Me and my fiancé had a mini vacation, it was a wonderful location and the view was so nice. My favorite part was there was no human interaction necessary for the check in / check out process. Even so I was able to get in contact with them basically 24/7 Absolutely amazing!!!

BOOK IT DANO!

Look no further, as this place is fantastic! Very stylish, super clean and everything you need for a short or long stay. If you want to be downtown, and we did, this unit is perfect. They have gone to great expense to make this very nice. The sliding glass doors are very thick and you can hardly hear any traffic. The view to the lake is wonderful and we love watching the boats go by. If stairs are an issue for you then it might not be a good fit. Although we are older, we are very active so not a problem for us. Our communication felt like we were dealing with a bot. We had trouble getting in as there are 2 entrances. Won't go into details but dealing with "contact host" was not good for US. If you are having any trouble, we recommend dealing directly with Heirloom properties who were very responsive, professional and friendly. LOOK NO FURTHER and BOOK IT!
