Cozy place to stay at

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 4 nights. Service was great and the staff were really courteous and friendly. Located just a few minutes from Robinson’s Place Dumaguete.

We had booked a room for 3 myself my wife and 4yo child. There was only 2 pillows and 2 towels I called to have a pillow and towel sent to the room and they wanted to charge me, ridiculous. Then wen to eat bkfst had to pay for butter and jelly was not included in their terrible bkfst which I paid for. There is no safe in the room and NO ref. They are obviously failing and trying to make money on things that are INCLUDED at every hotel I have EVER stayed at. Don't waste you money, stay at the Coco Grand hotel , its cheeper asd a hell of a lot nicer and bkfst in included. I would not recommend this hotel at ALL!!!

良い所は清潔。快適。受付は親切で正午にはチェックイン出来て助かった。廊下にウォーターサーバー有り。残念な所はシャワーの湯温が低め。シャワーヘッドは頭上から湯が直下する形式で使いにくい。 ドマゲティの空港送迎は深夜の為400ペソだったが、大型バン使用の為大人数ならは割安かと思われる。

I would stay here again

Checked out of a dump (Asia Novo) and found Manhattan on here. Good location by Robinson Mall. 7-11 right next door. Happy with the hotel. Only complaint is trying to get a dummy key for the electricity. I got one finally, but it was a struggle. Dummy key is for when you leave your room in hot Philippines, the A/C will run in your room and not take 2 hrs to cool down when you return. Other than that I was very satisfied. Inexpensive breakfast by western standards. Food was good. Its a 2 star hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Same payment but different room type

i paid the same amount for two rooms but the other room was so small and had no windows! please inform us about this. Me and my father are both claustrophobic! Please explain why two rooms with the same price differ. the 2nd room was bigger. There was extra charge for the 3rd person but not for the room.

杜马市中心，酒店24小时门口有配枪保安，感觉很安全，酒店旁边就是购物中心，去市区里打tutu都很近，酒店房间设施略旧，房间有些味道没法开窗通风，但基本不影响住宿，价格比较合理，还可以叫酒店的马杀鸡，虽然比外面贵一些，但是到自己房间里做，做完可以直接睡了，不错

Room without a window

Important: Some rooms in this hotel do not have windows. Even worse, you don’t get informed about this at the time of booking. A room without a window will cost you the same as one with window in the same room category. They even have a honeymoon suite without a window. Now, if this isn’t an issue for you, you might like this hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Even the lady at the front desk by the time of our check-in was handling the situation (my anger about the windowless room) very well and always with a smile. Our room had a queen and a single bed and was spacious enough for the two of us. Also the bathroom was big enough. The room (including the bathroom) was clean and in a rather good shape. With some signs of tear and wear starting to show, everything was in good working condition. The bed was comfy with a double set of pillows. A/C worked well. Internet was free, but limited in speed. The hotel is not in the center of Dumaguete, maybe a 10-15 walk to the main square, or a ca. 50 peso tricycle ride. This (50 peso) was also the price we’ve paid for the tricycle from the ferry port to the hotel. The Ceres bus terminal is a 3 minute walk away. And if you want to go to Apo Island on your own, the jeepneys going there start at the corner.

Ok hotel,no window in the room

The hotel was otherwise ok,clean and comfortable,but the room had no window and it was very humid. They should also prep the service (room service was slow) although they were friendly. Quiet hotel otherwise but staff was making noice in the night.

Clean & functional launching pad.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the location is just steps away from Robinson Mall. Tricycles to downtown are cheap and fast. The only con we experienced was the price of the inn's private van to the airport, which seems rather high given the distance to the airport. Still, the driver was on time and friendly.

前台服务很好尤其是保安人员让人感觉很热情，交通很便利，紧靠着罗宾逊，杜马的人文真的比长滩好太多了，长滩除了海别的都不怎么样
