“The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!”

“We stayed there with friends to attend the Cricket T20 tournament. Nice Property and Manager Sandy is great person. She helped us very well. We had good time. Our check in time was not sure because of flight cancellations and delay. But Sandy did wonderful job by giving us flexibility. Only concern is this villa is far south side from town. You need your own or rental vehicle. Good if you want quite location or a large wedding function.”

“The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. “I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay.
