“A beautiful cottage that has been updated with a huge deck facing the lake and amazing sunsets. The owners surprised me by reaching out after we arrived to ensure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. My dog loved playing ball in the yard and sitting on the deck enjoying the sun while we sat in the Muskoka chairs reading. The town was amazing too and only a few minutes away.”

“The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant.”

We took day trips to Bayfield and Goderich...very cute shops and cafes.... but the cottage was so cozy, we didn't want to stay out very long. “My cousins (female age 55-79) meet annually for a fun weekend together and this cottage was perfect! We had lots of room to spread out, there was even room for all ten of us to do yoga inthe living room! Overall it was VERY well equipped, clean, quiet and true to the AD description. “We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. “My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach.
