“The hotel is lovely have stayed many times couldn’t get room 412 cause it wasn’t available. We had a executive twin which was lovely two large double beds room 404. The fountain is outside the window and but if there is a wedding in the function room down stairs or the quests were outside it could be noisy. Lovely dressing gown and slippers in a grey colour are great. Having a fridge in the room was handy, and fan was great. Breakfast was brilliant nice that everything was brought to your table...

“Fabulous country house style stay - there is a sweeping driveway through mature gardens. The history of the house is fascinating - the monkey puzzle tree is a late addition at 1913. Staff are so kind and friendly and the food is all freshly cooked to order with generous portions. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely visit.”

“The whole 3 nights were so easy and chilled. Then a fantastic breakfast every morning cooked and served by Larry. Larry is such a welcoming host .nothing too much for him and a weakth of local knowledge. Cant wait to rerurn in the summer. We had a family room and was very spacious and clean all in pine to keep the charm of this rustic farm manor house . Definitely return !”
